Claims (5)
- 回転電機と、
前記回転電機を収容するモータケースと、
前記回転電機にオイルを供給し、前記回転電機を冷却する冷却機構と、
前記回転電機を駆動するインバータと、
前記インバータと前記回転電機とを電気的に接続する接続部材と、
を備え、前記インバータが前記モータケースと一体化された構造を有する電動車両であって、
前記冷却機構は、前記モータケースの内部で前記回転電機のステータの上方に配置され、前記回転電機の軸方向に沿って延在しており、前記オイルを前記軸方向に流通させる冷却パイプを有し、
前記冷却パイプは、
前記モータケースの内部で前記回転電機の上方に配置され、前記回転電機に向けて開口しており、前記回転電機に前記オイルを吐出する吐出孔と、
前記モータケースの内部で前記回転電機よりも上方の位置に設けられ、前記接続部材に向けて開口しており、前記接続部材に前記オイルを吐出する供給孔と、を有し、
前記吐出孔と前記供給孔とは、前記軸方向において異なる位置に設けられ、
前記インバータは、前記回転電機の斜め上に配置され、かつ前記モータケースの上面よりも下方の位置に配置され、
前記接続部材は、前記モータケースの内部において、前記回転電機の回転中心よりも上方かつ前記供給孔よりも下方の位置で、前記回転電機の外径よりも径方向内側かつ前記回転電機のステータコイルのコイルエンド部よりも軸方向外側に設けられ、
前記モータケースの内部では、前記吐出孔から前記回転電機に向けて鉛直方向下方に前記オイルが吐出され、前記供給孔から吐出された前記オイルが前記接続部材に供給される
ことを特徴とする電動車両。 - 前記インバータは、前記モータケースの上面と同一平面である第1平面と、前記モータケースの前面または後面と同一平面である第2平面と、前記モータケースの外面とに囲まれた空間内に配置され、
前記モータケースの内部では、前記供給孔から前記接続部材に向けて吐出された前記オイルは、前記インバータが配置された位置における前記モータケースの内面に供給される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両。 - 前記接続部材の一部は、前記軸方向において前記供給孔と同じ位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動車両。 - バッテリからの電力を前記インバータに供給するケーブルをさらに備え、
前記ケーブルは、前記インバータの上面側または前面側から延在している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の電動車両。 - 前記インバータと電気的に接続された補機部品をさらに備え、
前記補機部品は、前記モータケースの上方に配置され、または前記モータケースの上面に一体化されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の電動車両。
