Description
(1):この発明の一態様に係る車両制御装置は、車両の運転制御を行う第1制御装置と、前記第1制御装置の代替え制御を行う第2制御装置と、前記第1制御装置に電源供給を行う第1バッテリと、前記第2制御装置に電源供給を行うバッテリであって、前記第1バッテリとは異なる第2バッテリと、を備え、前記第1制御装置にて運転制御を実施中に、前記第2バッテリの温度が所定温度未満である場合、前記運転制御を、ドライバーの運転操作が必要な運転支援状態へ遷移させるものである。
図1は、実施形態に係る車両制御装置を利用した車両システム1の構成図である。車両システム1が搭載される車両は、例えば、二輪や三輪、四輪等の車両であり、その駆動源は、ディーゼルエンジンやガソリンエンジンなどの内燃機関、電動機、或いはこれらの組み合わせである。電動機は、内燃機関に連結された発電機による発電電力、或いは二次電池や燃料電池の放電電力を使用して動作する。
プログラムを記憶した記憶装置と、
ハードウェアプロセッサと、を備え、
前記ハードウェアプロセッサが前記プログラムを実行することにより、
車両の周辺状況を認識する認識部、前記車両の運転者の操作に依らずに前記車両の操舵および加減速を制御する運転制御部、および、前記車両の運転モードを、第1の運転モードと、第2の運転モードとを含む複数の運転モードのいずれかに決定し、前記第2の運転モードは前記運転者に課されるタスクが前記第1の運転モードに比して軽度な運転モードであり、少なくとも前記第2の運転モードを含む前記複数の運転モードの一部は前記運転制御部により制御されるものであり、所定の条件が満たされた場合に、よりタスクが重度な運転モードに前記車両の運転モードを変更するモード決定部、を備える主制御装置と、前記主制御装置と同等の構成を有し、前記主制御装置に代わって前記車両を制御可能な副制御装置と、とによって制御される前記車両について、
前記主制御装置に給電する第1バッテリとは異なる第2バッテリであって、前記副制御装置に給電する第2バッテリの温度情報を取得し、
前記第2バッテリの温度が所定の温度未満である場合に、前記第2の運転モードから前記第1の運転モードに前記車両の運転モードを変更する、
ように構成されている、車両制御装置。
Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載され、第1の運転モードと、前記車両の運転に関して運転者に前記第1の運転モードよりも重度のタスクが課される第2の運転モードとのいずれかに前記車両の運転モードを制御する運転制御を行う主制御装置と、
少なくとも一部の制御機能は前記主制御装置と同等の機能を有し、前記主制御装置に代わって前記車両の運転制御を実施可能な副制御装置と、
エンジンルーム内に搭載され、前記主制御装置に電源供給を行う第1バッテリと、
トランクルーム内に搭載され、前記副制御装置に電源供給を行うバッテリであって、前記第1バッテリとは異なる第2バッテリと、
を備え、
前記主制御装置により前記車両の運転モードを前記第1の運転モードに制御している時に、前記第2バッテリの温度が、前記第2バッテリの放電能力に基づき定められた所定の閾値温度未満である場合、前記車両の運転モードを前記第2の運転モードへ遷移させる、
車両制御装置。 - エンジンルーム内に搭載され、主制御装置に電源供給を行う第1バッテリと、トランクルーム内に搭載され、副制御装置に電源供給を行うバッテリであって、前記第1バッテリとは異なる第2バッテリと、を備えた車両に搭載されたコンピュータが、
前記主制御装置により、第1の運転モードと、前記第1の運転モードよりも乗員の運転操作が必要となる第2の運転モードとのいずれかに前記車両の運転モードを制御する運転制御を行い、
少なくとも一部の制御機能について前記主制御装置と同等の機能を有する前記副制御装置により、必要に応じて前記主制御装置に代えて前記車両の運転制御を行う、
車両制御方法であって、
前記主制御装置により前記車両を前記第1の運転モードに制御している時に、前記第2バッテリの温度が、前記第2バッテリの放電能力に基づき定められた所定の閾値温度未満である場合、前記車両の運転モードを前記第2の運転モードへ遷移させる、
車両制御方法。 - エンジンルーム内に搭載され、主制御装置に電源供給を行う第1バッテリと、トランクルーム内に搭載され、副制御装置に電源供給を行うバッテリであって、前記第1バッテリとは異なる第2バッテリと、を備えた車両に搭載されたコンピュータに、
前記主制御装置により、第1の運転モードと、前記第1の運転モードよりも乗員の運転操作が必要となる第2の運転モードとのいずれかに前記車両の運転モードを制御する運転制御を行う処理と、
少なくとも一部の制御機能について前記主制御装置と同等の機能を有する前記副制御装置により、必要に応じて前記主制御装置に代えて前記車両の運転制御を行う処理と、
前記主制御装置により前記車両を前記第1の運転モードに制御している時に、前記第2バッテリの温度が、前記第2バッテリの放電能力に基づき定められた所定の閾値温度未満である場合、前記車両の運転モードを前記第2の運転モードへ遷移させる処理と、
を実行させるためのプログラム。
