Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係るX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置の構成を示す図である。図1に示すように、第1実施形態に係るX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置は、架台10とコンソール100とを有する。例えば、架台10は検査室に設置され、コンソール100は検査室に隣接する制御室に設置される。架台10とコンソール100とは互いに通信可能に接続されている。架台10は、患者等の被検体PをX線でCT撮影するための撮影機構を装備する。コンソール100は、架台10を制御するコンピュータである。
上記第1実施形態に係るX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置は、光学カメラ29を装備するものとした。しかしながら、本実施形態はこれに限定されない。第2実施形態は、光学カメラ29を使用せずに断面形状指標値の推定及びSSDE値の計算を行う。以下、第2実施形態について詳細に説明する。なお以下の説明において、第1実施形態と略同一の機能を有する構成要素については、同一符号を付し、必要な場合にのみ重複説明する。
上記第1及び第2実施形態に係るX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置は、人体モデルを使用して断面形状指標値の推定及びSSDE値の計算を行うものとした。しかしながら、本実施形態はこれに限定されない。第3実施形態は、人体モデルを使用せずに断面形状指標値の推定及びSSDE値の計算を行う。以下、第3実施形態について詳細に説明する。なお以下の説明において、第1及び第2実施形態と略同一の機能を有する構成要素については、同一符号を付し、必要な場合にのみ重複説明する。
上記第1、第2及び第3実施形態に係るX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置は、投光器から投光される可視光線を使用して断面形状指標値の推定及びSSDE値の計算を行うものとした。しかしながら、本実施形態はこれに限定されない。第4実施形態は、赤外線を使用して断面形状指標値の推定及びSSDE値の計算を行う。以下、第4実施形態について詳細に説明する。なお以下の説明において、第1、第2及び第3実施形態と略同一の機能を有する構成要素については、同一符号を付し、必要な場合にのみ重複説明する。
Claims (3)
- X線によるCT撮影を実行する架台と、
被検体が載置される天板を移動可能に支持する寝台と、
前記天板に載置された前記被検体に赤外線を照射する照射器と、
前記被検体から反射する前記赤外線に係る情報に基づいて、撮影範囲における前記被検体の断面の形状指標値を推定する推定部と、
前記形状指標値と予め計測されたCTDI値とに基づいて第1のSSDE値を計算する計算部と、
前記第1のSSDE値と前記CT撮影における前記被検体に対する実測の線量値との差に基づいて、前記第1のSSDE値を前記実測の線量値に近づけるための、SSDE値の補正パラメータを決定する補正パラメータ決定部と、を具備し、
前記計算部は、前記形状指標値と前記CTDI値と前記補正パラメータとに基づいて第2のSSDE値を推定する、
X線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 前記形状指標値に基づいて管電流の変調パラメータを決定する変調パラメータ決定部を更に備える、請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記推定部は、前記被検体から反射する前記赤外線に係る情報と、前記天板の高さに基づいて、前記撮影範囲における前記被検体の断面の前記形状指標値を推定する、請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
