以下、図11を用いて、本発明に係る車両用パワーユニット構造の第4実施形態について説明する。なお、上述した第1実施形態と同一構成部分については同一番号を付してその説明を省略する。
(1) 上述した実施形態では、充電ポート64が車両26の車両幅方向右側に配置されていたが、車両26の仕様等に応じて、充電ポート64は車両26の車両幅方向左側に配置されていてもよい。また、充電ポート64が車両幅方向左側に配置される場合には、電力分配部44がインバータ48の車両上方側に配置されていてもよい。

Claims (9)
- パワーユニットルーム内に配置され、駆動輪に駆動力を伝達可能とされると共にサスペンションメンバに支持されたモータと、
供給された電力を前記モータに供給可能に変換可能とされ、当該モータの車両上方側に配置された電力変換部と、
電源から供給された電力を前記電力変換部に分配可能とされ、車両前後方向又は車両幅方向から見て前記電力変換部と重なる位置に配置されると共に車両側部に対して取り付けられた電力分配部と、
を有し、
前記電源としての外部電源から電力が供給される充電用の接続部が、前記車両側部の意匠面側の一部を構成するフェンダー部に設けられており、
前記電力分配部が前記電力変換部よりも前記接続部側に配置されると共に、
前記接続部と前記電力分配部とが側部側ワイヤーハーネスで電気的に接続され、
前記電力変換部が、前記モータに固定されている、
車両用パワーユニット構造。 - 前記電力分配部は、車両幅方向から見て前記電力変換部と重なる位置に配置されている、
請求項1に記載の車両用パワーユニット構造。 - 前記電力分配部は、車両側部の一部を構成する車体構成部材に設けられた取付部に取り付けられている、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用パワーユニット構造。 - 前記取付部は、前記車体構成部材としての一対のサスペンションタワー間に車両幅方向に架け渡されている、
請求項3に記載の車両用パワーユニット構造。 - 前記取付部は、前記車体構成部材としての一対のフロントサイドメンバ間に車両幅方向に架け渡されている、
請求項3に記載の車両用パワーユニット構造。 - 前記一対のフロントサイドメンバには、それぞれ車両幅方向内側に突出すると共に前記取付部の取り付けに用いられる軸部が設けられており、
前記取付部には、前記軸部が当該軸部の軸方向に挿通された被挿通部と、当該被挿通部と隣接して設けられると共に当該取付部に所定値以上の大きさの車両後方側への荷重が作用したときに塑性変形して前記軸部と当該被挿通部との車両前後方向の相対変位を許容するヒューズ部と、が設けられている、
請求項5に記載の車両用パワーユニット構造。 - 前記モータの車両上方側にはモータ側コネクタが設けられており、
前記電力変換部の車両下方側には前記モータ側コネクタと電気的に接続可能な電力変換部側コネクタが設けられている、
請求項1に記載の車両用パワーユニット構造。 - 前記電力変換部と前記電力分配部とがパワーユニット側ワイヤーハーネスで電気的に接続されている、
請求項1~請求項7の何れか1項に記載の車両用パワーユニット構造。 - 前記電力変換部の車両上方側には、車両幅方向から見て前記電力分配部と重なる位置に当該電力分配部から電力を供給可能とされた水加熱ヒータが配置されている、
請求項1~請求項8の何れか1項に記載の車両用パワーユニット構造。
