- 筒形状をなす1本の金属パイプと、
前記1本の金属パイプの筒内に1本だけ設けられ、導体と導体外周の絶縁体とを有する電線と、を備え、
25℃に対する熱膨張後の電線導体外径a’は、25℃における電線導体外径をaとし、導体材料の線膨張係数をαaとし、前記電線が使用される環境において曝される最大温度と25℃との温度差をΔtとした場合、a’=a+αa×a×Δtであり、
25℃に対する熱膨張後の絶縁体肉厚b’は、25℃における絶縁体肉厚をbとし、絶縁体材料の線膨張係数をαbとした場合、b’=b+αb×b×Δtであり、
前記電線が使用される環境において曝される最大温度において、前記1本の金属パイプの内径cは、c≧a’+2b’を満たすようにされており、
前記1本の金属パイプと前記電線との間に熱可塑性エラストマーが充填され、前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、前記電線の周囲に満遍なく均等に充填されている
ことを特徴とするシールド電線。 - 前記1本の金属パイプの内径、及び25℃に対する熱膨張後の1本の前記電線の外径のクリアランスは、0.68[mm]以上であり、0.80[mm]以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシールド電線。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシールド電線を備える
ことを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
