Claims (2)
- 回転軸に相対回転可能に嵌合するギヤと、前記回転軸に対して相対回転不能かつ軸方向への相対移動可能に設けられているスリーブと、前記ギヤと前記スリーブとの間に介挿されているシンクロナイザリングとを、備え、前記スリーブは、該スリーブに推力を付与する油圧アクチュエータによって前記回転軸の軸方向に移動させられ、前記スリーブが、前記油圧アクチュエータによって前記ギヤ側に向かって前記回転軸の軸方向に移動させられると、前記スリーブと前記ギヤとが前記シンクロナイザリングを介して回転同期させられた後、前記ギヤに形成されるスプライン歯と前記スリーブに形成されているスプライン歯とが噛み合わされる同期噛合機構において、前記スリーブと前記ギヤとの回転同期の完了が判断されると、前記油圧アクチュエータの指示圧を、前記スリーブのスプライン歯と前記ギヤのスプライン歯とが噛み合わされる噛合完了圧よりも低圧の中間圧に設定し、前記スリーブのスプライン歯と前記ギヤのスプライン歯との噛合が完了すると、前記油圧アクチュエータの指示圧を前記噛合完了圧に設定する制御部を備える、同期噛合機構の制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記油圧アクチュエータの指示圧を前記中間圧に設定した時点から予め設定されている所定時間経過しても前記スリーブのスプライン歯と前記ギヤのスプライン歯との噛合が完了しない場合には、前記油圧アクチュエータの指示圧を前記噛合完了圧に設定する
ことを特徴とする同期噛合機構の制御装置。 - 前記所定時間は、作動油の油温に応じて変更され、
前記所定時間は、作動油の油温が低い場合の方が高い場合に比べて長い時間に設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の同期噛合機構の制御装置。
