前記駆動トランジスタと直列に結合された発光ダイオードであって、アノード端子及びカソード端子を備える発光ダイオードと、
前記アノード端子に接続された第1のソース・ドレイン端子と、リセット電圧を受信するように構成された第2のソース・ドレイン端子とを有する第1のスイッチングトランジスタと、
前記駆動トランジスタの前記ゲート端子に接続された第1のソース・ドレイン端子と、前記リセット電圧とは異なる初期化電圧を受信するように構成された第2のソース・ドレイン端子とを有する第2のスイッチングトランジスタと、
を備える、表示画素。 - 前記第2のスイッチングトランジスタは、半導体酸化物を含む、請求項6に記載の表示画素。
- 前記駆動トランジスタの前記ソース端子に直接接続されたデータローディングトランジスタをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の表示画素。
- 前記半導体酸化物トランジスタに第1のスキャン信号を供給するように構成された第1のスキャンラインと、
前記データローディングトランジスタに第2のスキャン信号を供給するように構成された第2のスキャンラインと、
前記第1のスイッチングトランジスタに第3のスキャン信号を供給するように構成された第3のスキャンラインと、
前記第2のスイッチングトランジスタに第4のスキャン信号を供給するように構成された第4のスキャンラインと、をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の表示画素。 - 電源端子と、
前記電源端子と、前記駆動トランジスタの前記ゲート端子とに亘って接続されたコンデンサと、
前記電源端子と、前記駆動トランジスタの前記ソース端子との間に接続された第1の発光トランジスタと、
前記駆動トランジスタの前記ドレイン端子と、前記発光ダイオードのアノード端子との間に接続された第2の発光トランジスタと、をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の表示画素。 - 前記第1の発光トランジスタ及び前記第2の発光トランジスタは、お互いに短絡したゲート端子を有する、請求項10に記載の表示画素。
- 前記駆動トランジスタの前記ソース端子に直接接続されたバイアストランジスタをさらに備え、
前記バイアストランジスタは、バイアス電圧を受信するように構成され、
前記データローディングトランジスタは、データプログラミングフェーズ中に前記表示画素にデータをロードするのに使用され、
前記バイアストランジスタは、前記データプログラミングフェーズ前に、前記駆動トランジスタの前記ソース端子に、第1の電圧レベルのバイアス電圧を供給するのに使用され、
前記バイアストランジスタは、ブランキング期間中に、前記駆動トランジスタの前記ソース端子に、第1の電圧レベルとは異なる第2の電圧レベルのバイアス電圧を供給するのに使用される、請求項8に記載の表示画素。 - 前記リセット電圧は、リフレッシュ期間中に第1の値に駆動され、ブランキング期間中に前記第1の値とは異なる第2の値に駆動される、請求項6に記載の表示画素。
- 発光ダイオードと、前記発光ダイオードと直列に接続された駆動トランジスタと、前記駆動トランジスタのゲート端子に接続された蓄積コンデンサとを備える表示画素を動作させる方法であって、前記方法は、
アノードリセットトランジスタをオンにして、前記発光ダイオードのアノード端子をリセット電圧にリセットするステップであって、前記アノードリセットトランジスタは、前記発光ダイオードのアノード端子に接続された第1のソース・ドレイン端子と、前記リセット電圧を受けるように構成された第2のソース・ドレイン端子とを有する、ステップと、
初期化トランジスタをオンにして、前記駆動トランジスタのゲート端子を、前記リセット電圧とは異なる初期化電圧に初期化するステップであって、前記初期化トランジスタは、前記駆動トランジスタのゲート端子に接続された第1のソース・ドレイン端子と、前記初期化電圧を受けるように構成された第2のソース・ドレイン端子とを有する、ステップと、
前記ゲート端子と前記駆動トランジスタのドレイン端子との間に接続された半導体酸化物トランジスタをオンにするステップと、
前記駆動トランジスタのソース端子に接続されたデータローディングトランジスタをオンにするステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記リセット電圧を異なる電圧レベルへ動的に調整するステップをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記初期化電圧を異なる電圧レベルへ動的に調整するステップをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 第1のスキャンラインを使用して、前記半導体酸化物トランジスタに第1のスキャン信号を供給するステップと、
第2のスキャンラインを使用して、前記データローディングトランジスタに第2のスキャン信号を供給するステップと、をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 第3のスキャンラインを使用して、アノードリセットトランジスタに第3のスキャン信号を供給するステップと、
第4のスキャンラインを使用して、前記初期化トランジスタに第4のスキャン信号を供給するステップと、をさらに備える、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記駆動トランジスタのソース端子に接続されたバイアストランジスタをオンにすることにより、前記駆動トランジスタに関する閾値電圧ヒステリシスを軽減するオンバイアスストレス動作を実行するステップをさらに備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
