Description
- 第一の積層フィルム、キャリアフィルム、及び第二の積層フィルムを提供し、かつ接合して予備積層フィルムを形成し、ここで、第一の積層フィルム、キャリアフィルム、及び第二の積層フィルムが、同一のフィルム厚さを有しており、
- 補償フィルムと予備積層フィルムとを配置して、第一のペインと第二のペインとの間に積層体を形成し、ここで、この積層体の2つの側端部に平行に、ストリップ状の周囲フィルムをそれぞれ配置し、かつ補償フィルムを提供して、予備積層フィルムと周囲フィルムとの間のオフセットを補償し、かつ
- 第一のペイン、
- 予備積層フィルム、
- 周囲フィルムを有する補償フィルム、及び
- 第二のペイン
を含む積層体を積層して、積層ペインを形成し、ここで、第一の積層フィルム及び第二の積層フィルムは、15重量%未満、好ましくは10重量%未満、特に好ましくは5重量%未満の可塑剤含有量を有し、好ましくは、可塑剤を含有しない。
- 外部ペイン(2)、
- 第一の積層フィルム(4)、
- キャリアフィルム(5)、
- 第二の積層フィルム(6)、
- 周囲フィルム(9)を有する補償フィルム(7)、及び
- 第二のペイン(3)、
ここで、第一の積層フィルム(4)、第二の積層フィルム(6)、及びキャリアフィルム(5)が、同一のフィルム厚さを有する。
I 第一の積層フィルム4、キャリアフィルム5、及び第二の積層フィルム6を提供すること;及び第一の積層フィルム4、キャリアフィルム5、及び第二の積層フィルム6を接合して、予備積層フィルム(三層構造体)を形成すること;
II 第一のペイン2の大きさに対応する、予備積層フィルム及び補償フィルムを提供すること;
III 補償フィルム7を第一のペイン2の中央に配置しながら、第一のペインの上に補償フィルム7を配置し、それによって、第一のペインの2つの長手方向の縁に、2つのフリーの周囲領域Aを作り出すこと;
IV 補償フィルム7と予備積層フィルム8を配置して積層体を形成すること、ここで、周囲領域Aに対応する幅を有するストリップ状の周囲フィルム9を、この積層体の2つの側端部に平行にそれぞれ配置する;
V 予備積層フィルムの上に第二のペイン3を配置すること、ここで、第二のペイン3の片側を予備積層フィルム8及び周囲フィルム9の上に平らに置き、かつこれらを完全に覆う;
VI 第一のペイン2、補償フィルム7、周囲フィルム9を有する予備積層フィルム、及び第二のペイン3を含む積層体を、オートクレーブ中で積層して、積層ペイン1を形成すること。
本明細書に開示される発明は以下の態様を含む:
[1]積層ペイン(1)を製造する方法であって、
- 第一の積層フィルム(4)、キャリアフィルム(5)、及び第二の積層フィルム(6)を提供し、かつ接合して予備積層フィルム(8)を形成し、ここで、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)、前記キャリアフィルム(5)、及び前記第二の積層フィルム(6)が、同一のフィルム厚さを有しており、
- 補償フィルム(7)と前記予備積層フィルム(8)とを配置して、第一のペイン(2)と第二のペイン(3)との間に積層体を形成し、ここで、前記積層体の2つの側端部に平行に、ストリップ状の周囲フィルム(9)をそれぞれ配置し、かつ前記補償フィルム(7)を提供して、前記予備積層フィルム(8)と前記周囲フィルム(9)との間のオフセットを補償し、かつ
- 前記第一のペイン(2)、
- 前記予備積層フィルム(8)、
- 前記周囲フィルム(9)を有する前記補償フィルム(7)、及び
- 前記第二のペイン(3)
を含む積層体を積層して、積層ペイン(1)を形成し、ここで、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)及び前記第二の積層フィルム(6)は、15重量%未満、好ましくは10重量%未満、特に好ましくは5重量%未満の可塑剤含有量を有し、好ましくは、可塑剤を含有しない、
積層ペイン(1)を製造する方法。
[2]前記周囲フィルム(9)を、前記予備積層フィルム(8)の長手方向に延在する長手方向の縁に平行に配置する、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[3]第一の熱可塑性結合フィルム(10)を、前記補償フィルム(7)と前記第一のペイン(2)との間に配置する、請求項上記[1]又は[2]に記載の方法。
[4]第二の熱可塑性結合フィルム(11)を、前記予備積層フィルム(8)と前記第二のペイン(3)との間に配置する、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[5]前記第一の積層フィルム(4)及び前記第二の積層フィルム(6)が、25μm~250μm、好ましくは50μmの厚さを有する、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[6]前記キャリアフィルム(5)が、25μm~250μm、好ましくは50μmの厚さを有する、上記[1]~[4]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[7]前記第一の熱可塑性結合フィルム(10)及び/又は前記第二の熱可塑性結合フィルム(11)が、0.1mm~0.8mm、好ましくは0.38mmの厚さを有する、上記[3]又は[4]に記載の方法。
[8]前記周囲フィルム(9)が、0.38mmの厚さを有する、上記[2]~[6]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[9]積層前に、前記予備積層フィルム(8)が、周囲領域に、特に周囲フィルムに対して垂直に切り込みを具備しており、前記切り込みの深さが、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)及び前記キャリアフィルム(5)の厚さよりも大きい、上記[1]~[8]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[10]積層前に、前記補償フィルム(7)を、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)、前記キャリアフィルム(5)、及び前記第二の積層フィルム(6)に接合して、前記予備積層フィルム(8)を形成する、上記[3]~[8]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[11]前記予備積層フィルム(8)を、100℃までの温度で製造する、上記[2]~[9]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[12]前記予備積層フィルム(8)が、赤外線反射機能層、エレクトロクロミック機能層、又はエレクトロルミネセント機能層を有する、上記[2]~[9]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[13]乗物ペイン、船舶ペイン、又は航空機ペインとしての、構造グレージング又は建築グレージングとしての、好ましくは、乗物ペインとしての、特に好ましくは、サイドウィンドウ、ウィンドシールド、ルーフパネル、又はリアウィンドウとしての、上記[1]~[10]のいずれか一つに記載の方法によって製造された積層ペイン(1)の使用。
[14]上下に平らに配置した以下のものを少なくとも含む、上記[1]~[12]のいずれか一つに記載の方法によって得られる積層ペイン(1):
- 外部ペイン(2)、
- 第一の積層フィルム(4)、
- キャリアフィルム(5)、
- 第二の積層フィルム(6)、
- 周囲フィルム(9)を有する補償フィルム(7)、及び
- 第二のペイン(3)、
ここで、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)、前記第二の積層フィルム(6)、及び前記キャリアフィルム(5)が、同一のフィルム厚さを有する。

Claims (13)
- 積層ペイン(1)を製造する方法であって、
- 第一の積層フィルム(4)、キャリアフィルム(5)、及び第二の積層フィルム(6)を提供し、かつ接合して予備積層フィルム(8)を形成し、ここで、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)、前記キャリアフィルム(5)、及び前記第二の積層フィルム(6)が、同一のフィルム厚さを有しており、
- 補償フィルム(7)と前記予備積層フィルム(8)とを配置して、第一のペイン(2)と第二のペイン(3)との間に積層体を形成し、ここで、前記積層体の2つの側端部に平行に、ストリップ状の周囲フィルム(9)をそれぞれ配置し、かつ前記補償フィルム(7)を提供して、前記予備積層フィルム(8)と前記周囲フィルム(9)との間のオフセットを補償し、かつ
- 前記第一のペイン(2)、
- 前記予備積層フィルム(8)、
- 前記周囲フィルム(9)を有する前記補償フィルム(7)、及び
- 前記第二のペイン(3)
を含む積層体を積層して、積層ペイン(1)を形成し、ここで、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)及び前記第二の積層フィルム(6)は、15重量%未満、好ましくは10重量%未満、特に好ましくは5重量%未満の可塑剤含有量を有し、好ましくは、可塑剤を含有しない、
積層ペイン(1)を製造する方法。 - 前記周囲フィルム(9)を、前記予備積層フィルム(8)の長手方向に延在する長手方向の縁に平行に配置する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一の熱可塑性結合フィルム(10)を、前記補償フィルム(7)と前記第一のペイン(2)との間に配置する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 第二の熱可塑性結合フィルム(11)を、前記予備積層フィルム(8)と前記第二のペイン(3)との間に配置する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の積層フィルム(4)及び前記第二の積層フィルム(6)が、25μm~250μm、好ましくは50μmの厚さを有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアフィルム(5)が、25μm~250μm、好ましくは50μmの厚さを有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の熱可塑性結合フィルム(10)及び/又は前記第二の熱可塑性結合フィルム(11)が、0.1mm~0.8mm、好ましくは0.38mmの厚さを有する、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記周囲フィルム(9)が、0.38mmの厚さを有する、請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 積層前に、前記予備積層フィルム(8)が、周囲領域に、特に周囲フィルムに対して垂直に切り込みを具備しており、前記切り込みの深さが、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)及び前記キャリアフィルム(5)の厚さよりも大きい、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 積層前に、前記補償フィルム(7)を、前記第一の積層フィルム(4)、前記キャリアフィルム(5)、及び前記第二の積層フィルム(6)に接合して、前記予備積層フィルム(8)を形成する、請求項3~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記予備積層フィルム(8)を、100℃までの温度で製造する、請求項2~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記予備積層フィルム(8)が、赤外線反射機能層、エレクトロクロミック機能層、又はエレクトロルミネセント機能層を有する、請求項2~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 乗物ペイン、船舶ペイン、又は航空機ペインとしての、構造グレージング又は建築グレージングとしての、好ましくは、乗物ペインとしての、特に好ましくは、サイドウィンドウ、ウィンドシールド、ルーフパネル、又はリアウィンドウとしての、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造された積層ペイン(1)の使用。
