Description
図1において、11は航空機用ラジアルタイヤであり、このタイヤ11は対をなすビードコア12がそれぞれ埋設された一対のビード部13を有し、これらビード部13からは略半径方向外側に向かって一対のサイドウォール部14がそれぞれ延びる一方、これらサイドウォール部14の半径方向外端同士は略円筒状のトレッド部15により連結されている。また、前記タイヤ11はビード部13に埋設されたビードコア12間をトロイド状に延びてサイドウォール部14、トレッド部15を補強するカーカス層18を有し、このカーカス層18は内部にラジアル方向(子午線方向)に延びるスチール、有機繊維等、ここではナイロンからなるカーカスコードが多数本埋設されている。ここで、前記カーカス層18は少なくとも1層、ここでは3層のプライ層を積層することで構成されている。

Claims (5)
- 一対のビード部と、これらビード部から略半径方向外側に向かって延びる一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部の半径方向外端同士を連結するトレッド部とを有し、ビード部に埋設されたビードコア間をトロイド状のカーカス層により補強するとともに、該カーカス層の半径方向外側にベルト層、トレッドを順次積層した、リム径が20インチ以下の航空機用ラジアルタイヤにおいて、タイヤ外径Dをビード部のビードヒール間距離Lで除した値Mを 4.1〜 5.4の範囲内とし、
トレッド接地端Eを通り前記カーカス層に対する垂線Nとタイヤ子午線断面における内表面輪郭との交点をAとするとともに、タイヤ赤道Sから前記交点Aまでのカーカス層に沿った長さをBとする一方、前記タイヤ赤道Sにおける前記内表面輪郭の曲率半径をCと、前記タイヤ赤道Sから前記長さBの 0.84倍だけ離れた点Hと前記交点Aとの間に位置する内表面輪郭の曲率半径をJとしたとき、前記曲率半径Jを曲率半径Cで除した値Gを 0.152〜 0.166の範囲内としたことを特徴とする航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。 - 前記ベルト層を、周方向に延びる非伸張性の主ベルトコードが内部に埋設された少なくとも3層の主ベルト層と、前記主ベルト層の半径方向外側に配置され、内部に副ベルトコードが埋設されたリボン状体を幅方向両端において折り返しながらジグザグ状に巻回することで形成した、前記主ベルト層より層数が少ない副ベルト層とから構成した請求項1に記載の航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記トレッドの踏面でタイヤ赤道Sの両側に周方向に延びる一対の内側主溝、および、該内側主溝より幅方向外側に位置する一対の外側主溝を形成することで、内側主溝間に1本の周方向に延びる内側リブを、内側主溝と外側主溝との間に周方向に延びる一対の中間リブを、外側主溝とトレッド接地端との間に一対の外側リブを画成するとともに、前記内側リブのリブ幅Tを中間リブのリブ幅Rの 1.2〜 1.8倍の範囲内とする一方、前記外側リブのリブ幅Uを中間リブのリブ幅Rの 0.8〜 1.4倍の範囲内とした請求項1または請求項2に記載の航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。
- タイヤ子午線断面におけるベルト層の曲率半径を、タイヤ子午線断面におけるトレッドの踏面の曲率半径より大とした請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層における主ベルト層の層数を4層とするとともに、半径方向最外側に位置する第4主ベルト層の幅Kを、半径方向最内側に位置する第1主ベルト層の幅Qの 0.1〜 0.3倍の範囲内とした請求項2に記載の航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。
