Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態の燃料噴射制御装置10は、機関運転用の燃料が貯留される燃料タンク11と、内燃機関の気筒内に燃料を直接噴射する複数の直噴用燃料噴射弁31と、内燃機関の吸気通路に燃料を噴射する複数のポート用燃料噴射弁21とを備えている。また、燃料噴射制御装置10には、燃料タンク11内の燃料を汲み上げる電動の低圧燃料ポンプ12と、低圧燃料ポンプ12から供給された燃料が流通する低圧燃料通路13とが設けられている。この低圧燃料通路13は、下流側で2つの通路に分岐している。これら2つの通路のうち、一方の通路を第1の分岐通路131とし、他方の通路を第2の分岐通路132とした場合、第2の分岐通路132にはポート用デリバリパイプ20が設けられている。本実施形態では、ポート用デリバリパイプ20も、低圧燃料通路13の構成要素の一つである。そして、ポート用デリバリパイプ20内の燃料が、各ポート用燃料噴射弁21から噴射される。すなわち、本実施形態では、各ポート用燃料噴射弁21が、「低圧側燃料噴射弁」に相当する。
図1に示すように、制御装置100には、ポート用燃圧センサ111、直噴用燃圧センサ112及び機関回転速度センサ113などの各種センサから検出信号が入力される。ポート用燃圧センサ111は、ポート用デリバリパイプ20内の燃料圧力である低圧側燃料圧力PLに応じた信号を出力する。直噴用燃圧センサ112は、直噴用デリバリパイプ30内の燃料圧力である高圧側燃料圧力PHに応じた信号を出力する。機関回転速度センサ113は、機関出力軸の回転速度である機関回転速度NEに応じた信号を出力する。
図6に示すように、タイミングt11以前では、高圧側目標値PHTが一定値で保持されている。この場合、低圧側圧力偏差DPLが小さいため、低圧側FB量VLFBは「0」に近い。低圧側FF量VLFFは、各ポート用燃料噴射弁21に対する要求噴射量と、各直噴用燃料噴射弁31に対する要求噴射量との和と等しい。
・燃料噴射制御装置10は、低圧燃料通路13の燃料を噴射する低圧側燃料噴射弁、すなわち上記実施形態におけるポート用燃料噴射弁21を備えない構成であってもよい。この場合、高圧側目標値PHTが増大されない場合、低圧側FF量VLFFは、各直噴用燃料噴射弁31に対する要求噴射量と等しくなる。また、高圧側目標値PHTが増大される場合、低圧側FF量VLFFは、各直噴用燃料噴射弁31に対する要求噴射量と、高圧側目標値の増大量ΔPHTとを加味した値として算出されることとなる。
Claims (4)
- 燃料タンクから燃料を汲み上げる低圧燃料ポンプと、
前記低圧燃料ポンプから吐出された燃料が流動する低圧燃料通路と、
前記低圧燃料通路から供給された燃料を加圧する高圧燃料ポンプと、
前記高圧燃料ポンプによって加圧された燃料が流動する高圧燃料通路と、
前記高圧燃料通路の燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記高圧燃料通路の燃料圧力を当該燃料圧力の目標値である高圧側目標値に近づけるように前記高圧燃料ポンプの駆動を制御する高圧側制御部と、
前記低圧燃料ポンプの駆動を制御する低圧側制御部と、を備え、
前記低圧側制御部は、前記高圧側目標値が増大する場合、前記燃料噴射弁に対する要求噴射量が多いほど大きくなるとともに、前記高圧側目標値の増大速度が高いほど大きくなるようにフィードフォワード補正量を算出し、且つ、前記低圧燃料通路の燃料圧力の目標値である低圧側目標値から前記低圧燃料通路の燃料圧力を減じた差である低圧側圧力偏差を基にフィードバック補正量を算出し、当該フィードフォワード補正量と当該フィードバック補正量との和を基に前記低圧燃料ポンプの駆動を制御する
内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記低圧側制御部は、前記高圧側目標値が増大する場合、前記燃料噴射弁に対する要求噴射量が多いほど大きくなるとともに、前記高圧側目標値の増大速度が高いほど大きくなり、さらに、前記低圧側圧力偏差が大きいほど小さくなるようにフィードフォワード補正量を算出する
請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記高圧燃料ポンプは、内燃機関のカム軸の回転を動力として駆動するものであり、
前記高圧側目標値を増大させる場合、機関回転速度が高いときには機関回転速度が低いときよりも前記高圧側目標値の増大速度が小さくなるように、同高圧側目標値を算出する高圧側目標値算出部を備える
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射弁を高圧側燃料噴射弁とした場合、
前記低圧燃料通路の燃料を噴射する低圧側燃料噴射弁を備え、
前記低圧側制御部は、フィードフォワード補正量を算出するときには、前記高圧側燃料噴射弁に対する要求噴射量と前記低圧側燃料噴射弁に対する要求噴射量との和が多いほど大きくなるようにフィードフォワード補正量を算出する
請求項1〜請求項3のうち何れか一項に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射制御装置。
