Description
Claims (7)
- 内部作動部材を含むハウジングと、
ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、当該ハウジングに移動可能に関連付けられたシールドと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記シールドを通って軸方向に移動可能であり、穿刺要素を備えたランセットであって、前記穿刺要素が前記ハウジング内に配置された初期位置と、前記穿刺要素が穿刺処置のために前記シールド内を前部開口を通って延びる穿刺位置と、の間の軸方向移動ができるようにされたランセットと、
前記ハウジングの後端部と前記ランセットの間に配置され、前記ランセットを穿刺位置まで付勢させるための駆動ばねと、
回転要素であって前記初期位置で前記ランセットと係合している回転要素と、
を具えたランセット装置であって、
前記ハウジング内への前記シールドの軸方向移動によって、前記作動部材が前記回転要素を前記ランセットに対して解放位置まで回転させて、前記ランセットと回転要素の間の前記係合を解放し、それによって前記駆動ばねが前記ランセットを前記シールドを通って前記穿刺位置まで付勢させることを可能にし、
前記作動部材は、前記ハウジングの内壁から前記ハウジングの内部に向かって延びていることを特徴とするランセット装置。 - 前記ハウジング内への前記シールドの軸方向移動により、前記駆動ばねが前記ランセットと回転要素の間の前記係合により前記ハウジング後端部とランセットの間で少なくとも部分的に圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記回転要素は、前記ハウジング内に配置された前記シールドの後端部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記作動部材はカム表面を有するカム要素を備えており、前記回転要素は前記カム要素を受けるカムガイド凹部を画定するガイドプレートを備え、前記ハウジング内への前記シールドの前記軸方向移動が、前記カム表面を前記カムガイド凹部に係合させ、前記ガイドプレートに回転動作を加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ランセットは、前記ガイドプレートと係合した作動タブを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ガイドプレートは間隙スロットを画定し、前記ガイドプレートが前記作動タブが前記間隙スロットと位置合わせされる前記解放位置まで回転すると、前記係合は解放されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記作動部材はカム表面を有するカム要素を備え、前記回転要素はカムフォロワを備え、前記ハウジング内への前記シールドの前記軸方向移動は、前記カム表面をカムフォロワと係合させ、少なくとも前記カムフォロワが前記解放位置に到達するまでそれに回転動作を加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
