Description
すなわち本発明の密封装置は、鉄道車両の車軸軸受部に用いられる密封装置であって、軸受の外輪に取り付けられる外環と、前記外環の内周側に嵌合される内環とを有する密封装置において、前記外環の内周面に、カシメ突起よりなる両環位置決め構造を設け、前記外環の内周側に前記内環を前記カシメ突起で軸方向に係合させ、前記内環は、前記外環の内周面に嵌合される外周筒部と、前記外周筒部の軸受内部側端部から径方向内方へ向けて設けられた端面部と、前記端面部の内周端部から軸受内部側へ向けて設けられ、回転側部品との間に微小間隙を形成して非接触式のラビリンスシールを構成する内周筒部と、を一体に備えることを特徴とする(請求項1)。

Claims (2)
- 鉄道車両の車軸軸受部に用いられる密封装置であって、軸受の外輪に取り付けられる外環と、前記外環の内周側に嵌合される内環とを有する密封装置において、
前記外環の内周面に、カシメ突起よりなる両環位置決め構造を設け、
前記外環の内周側に前記内環を前記カシメ突起で軸方向に係合させ、
前記内環は、前記外環の内周面に嵌合される外周筒部と、前記外周筒部の軸受内部側端部から径方向内方へ向けて設けられた端面部と、前記端面部の内周端部から軸受内部側へ向けて設けられ、回転側部品との間に微小間隙を形成して非接触式のラビリンスシールを構成する内周筒部と、を一体に備えることを特徴とする密封装置。 - 請求項1記載の密封装置において、
前記カシメ突起を、円周上複数個所に設けたことを特徴とする密封装置。
