Claims (28)

前記封止部上に配置される複数のタッチセンサーと;
前記アクティブ領域と前記非アクティブ領域の間に配置される少なくとも一つのダムと;
前記アクティブ領域を除く前記非アクティブ領域に配置される少なくとも一つの第1平坦化層とを備え、
前記第1平坦化層の側面と前記封止部の側面は向き合い、

- 前記タッチセンサーは電気的に独立した自己静電容量を有する複数のタッチ電極を有する、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記アクティブ領域内で封止ユニットと前記複数のタッチセンサーの間に配置されるタッチバッファー膜をさらに備え、

- 前記表示パッド下部電極は前記発光素子と接続される薄膜トランジスタのソース及びドレイン電極と同一の素材からなる、請求項10に記載の表示装置。
- 複数の前記ダムの少なくとも一つは前記第1平坦化層の側面と前記封止部の側面の間に配置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記無機層は前記複数の無機封止層の少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
