Claims (16)
- 基板上に配置される発光素子と;
前記発光素子上に配置される封止部と;
前記封止部上に配置され、タッチセンシングライン及びタッチ駆動ラインを含むタッチセンサーと;
前記タッチセンシングライン及び前記タッチ駆動ラインの交差部で前記タッチセンシングライン及び前記タッチ駆動ラインのいずれか一つと交差するように配置される島状のタッチ絶縁膜と;
前記タッチセンサーと接続され、多層のパッド電極からなるタッチパッドとを備え、
前記多層パッド電極のうち最上部に位置するパッド電極は前記最上部に位置するパッド電極を除いた残りのパッド電極の上面及び側面を覆うように配置され、
前記タッチパッドが前記発光素子の下部に配置された絶縁膜上に配置される、表示装置。 - 前記タッチ駆動ラインは、
前記封止部上に第1方向に配列される第1タッチ電極と;
前記第1タッチ電極を互いに連結する第1ブリッジとを備え、
前記タッチセンシングラインは、
前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に配列される第2タッチ電極と;
前記第2タッチ電極を互いに連結する第2ブリッジとを備え、
前記タッチ絶縁膜は前記第1及び第2ブリッジのいずれか一ブリッジの下部でそのブリッジに沿って配置され、第1及び第2ブリッジの残りの一つと交差するように配置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記タッチ絶縁膜は第1ブリッジと交差するように配置されて前記第1ブリッジの両側を露出させ、前記第2ブリッジより大きな線幅で前記第2ブリッジに沿って配置される、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1タッチ電極は前記タッチ絶縁膜によって露出された前記第1ブリッジの上面及び側面を覆うように配置されて前記タッチ絶縁膜の側面と接触する、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1タッチ電極は前記タッチ絶縁膜によって露出された前記第1ブリッジの上面及び側面と直接接触する、請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記タッチパッドは、
前記第1ブリッジと同一素材からなり、下部パッド電極と;
前記第2ブリッジと同一素材からなり、前記下部パッド電極の側面及び上面を覆うように配置される上部パッド電極とを備える、請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記タッチパッドと前記タッチセンサーの間に配置されてこれらを連結するルーティングラインをさらに備え、
前記ルーティングラインは、
前記第1ブリッジと同一素材からなる下部ルーティングラインと;
前記第2ブリッジと同一素材からなり、前記下部ルーティングラインの側面及び上面を覆うように配置される上部ルーティングラインとを備える、請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記上部ルーティングラインは前記第1及び第2タッチ電極のそれぞれと同一素材からなり、前記第1及び第2タッチ電極のそれぞれから伸びる、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記下部ルーティングラインは前記封止部の側面と接触する、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1及び第2ブリッジの少なくとも一つは少なくとも一つのスリットを備える、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1及び第2タッチ電極と前記第1及び第2ブリッジの少なくとも一つはメッシュ状になる、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記封止部と前記タッチセンサーの間に配置されるカラーフィルターをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 基板上に発光素子を形成する段階と;
前記発光素子上に封止部を形成する段階と;
前記封止部上に、島状のタッチ絶縁膜を挟んで交差するタッチセンシングライン及びタッチ駆動ラインを含むタッチセンサーと、
前記タッチセンサーと接続され、多層のパッド電極からなるタッチパッドとを形成する段階とを含み、
前記タッチ絶縁膜は前記タッチセンシングライン及び前記タッチ駆動ラインの交差部で前記タッチセンシングライン及び前記タッチ駆動ラインのいずれか一つと交差するように配置され、
前記多層パッド電極のうち最上部に位置するパッド電極は 前記最上部に位置するパッド電極を除いた残りのパッド電極の上面及び側面を覆うように配置され、
前記タッチパッドが前記発光素子の下部に配置された絶縁膜上に配置される、表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記タッチセンサーを形成する段階は、
前記封止部上に前記タッチ駆動ラインの第1ブリッジを形成する段階と;
前記第1ブリッジが形成された基板上に前記タッチ絶縁膜を形成する段階と;
前記タッチ絶縁膜が形成された基板上に、前記タッチ駆動ラインの第1タッチ電極と、前記タッチセンシングラインの第2ブリッジ及び第2タッチ電極とを形成する段階とを含み、
前記タッチ絶縁膜は第1ブリッジと交差するように配置されて前記第1ブリッジの両側を露出させ、前記第2ブリッジより大きな線幅で前記第2ブリッジに沿って配置される、請求項13に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記タッチ絶縁膜を形成する段階は、
前記第1ブリッジ上にインクジェットを用いて有機又は無機絶縁液を滴下した後、前記有機又は無機絶縁液を硬化する、請求項14に記載の表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記タッチパッドと前記タッチセンサーとを相互に接続するために、前記タッチパッドと前記タッチセンサーとの間に配置されたルーティングラインをさらに備え、
前記ルーティングラインは前記封止部の側面に沿って配置される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
