Description
<1−1.概要>
図1は、本実施の形態に係る車両制御システム1の概要を示す。車両制御システム1は、車両2に搭載された車両制御装置3が他車両OCと衝突事故等を起こした運転者に対し、自らの運転による停車を促しつつ、車両2を自動的に停車させるシステムである。
図3は、車両制御システム1の構成を示すブロック図である。車両制御システム1は、管理センタ1aのほか、車両2に各々搭載された車両制御装置3、通信モジュール4、カメラ5、レーダ6、車載機器7、エアバッグECU8、ボディECU9、走行制御ECU10、及びナビゲーション装置11を含む。また、走行制御ECU10及びナビゲーション装置11は、互いに接続され、運転者の操作を介さず車両2を自律的に運行する自動運転システム101を構成する。
走行制御ECU10は、操舵部10a、駆動部10b、制動部10c、及び異常検出部10dを備える。
次に、車両制御装置3の処理工程を説明する。図7及び図8は、車両制御装置3の処理工程を示すフローチャートである。かかる処理工程は、所定周期で繰り返し実行される。
<2−1.概要>
上記第1の実施の形態では、運転者へ停車すべき警告を行う前に通報データSDを管理センタ1aに送信した。これに対し、第2の実施の形態は、運転者へ警告を行った後、停車又は降車しない場合に通報データSDを管理センタ1aに送信する。これにより、運転者が事故等の発生現場から逃走する恐れのある場合のみ通報データSDを管理センタ1aに送信できる。したがって、通報データSDを受信した管理センタ1aが、当局へ無用な通報を行うことを防止できる。
第2の実施の形態に係る車両制御装置3の構成は、第1の実施の形態に係る車両制御装置3と同様である。したがって、第2の実施の形態に係る車両制御装置3の図示を省略する。
図9及び図10は、第2の実施の形態に係る車両制御装置3の処理工程を示すフローチャートである。第2の実施の形態に係る処理工程は、第1の実施の形態に係る処理工程を含む。したがって、第1の実施の形態に係る処理工程との相違点を中心に説明する。
本発明は、上記実施の形態に限定されず、変形可能である。以下、本発明の変形例を説明する。なお、上記及び以下に説明する実施の形態は、適宜組み合わせできる。

Claims (4)
- 車両を制御する車両制御装置であって、
前記車両と他の物体との衝突を検出する衝突検出手段と、
前記衝突が発生した場合に、該車両のドライバに対し、該車両を停車するよう警告する警告手段と、
前記警告がなされた後、前記車両が停止したか否かを判断する停車検出手段と、
前記衝突が発生した場合に、前記車両の自動運転が可能か否かを判断する判断部と、
前記車両の停車が検出されず、かつ自動運転が可能である場合、前記ドライバの操作に係わらず該車両を停車させる停車手段と、
前記車両の停車が検出されず、かつ自動運転が不可能である場合、画像データを所定の通信装置に送信する送信手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御装置において、
前記停車手段が前記ドライバの操作に係わらず該車両を停車させる際に、運転者の操作を無効にすることを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両制御装置において、
前記停車手段が前記ドライバの操作に係わらず該車両を停車させる前に、運転者に対して予告をすることを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 車両を制御する車両制御方法であって、
(a)前記車両に発生する所定の加速度を検出する工程と、
(b)前記車両に前記所定の加速度が発生した場合に、該車両のドライバに対し、該車両を停車するよう警告する工程と、
(c)前記警告がなされた後、前記車両が停止したか否かを判断する工程と、
(d)前記所定の加速度が発生した場合に、前記車両の自動運転が可能か否かを判断する工程と、
(e)前記車両の停車が検出されず、かつ自動運転が可能である場合、前記ドライバの操作に係わらず該車両を停車させる工程と、
(f)前記車両の停車が検出されず、かつ自動運転が不可能である場合、画像データを所定の通信装置に送信する工程と
を備えることを特徴とする車両制御方法。
