第1成分の物質、第2成分の物質および量、厚みなどを変えて、溶液製膜方法によりドープからフィルムW〜Yを製造した。ポリエチレンテレフタレートにより形成した市販の光学用途ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムをフィルムZとした。表1には、「第1成分」の「物質」欄に「PET」と記載している。フィルムW〜Zについて、厚みと、15秒後接触角と、アシル基割合と、透湿度とを、それぞれ求めた。これらの結果は表1に示す。ただし、フィルムZは、アシル基を持たないから、表1の「アシル基置換度」欄と「アシル基割合」欄とには「−」と記載している。表1の「第2成分」の「物質」欄に示す「D」は、トリフェニルフォスフェート(TPP)およびビフェニルジフェニルフォスフェート(BDP)である。実施例1〜14と同様に、フィルムW〜Zと平板形状をした基材用素材とを、成形装置50を用いて一体に成形し、4種類の成形体を製造し、比較例1〜4とした。
フィルムA〜E,Jと基材用素材22とを、成形装置50を用いて一体に成形し、6種の成形体10を製造し、実施例21〜26とした。ガラス転移点が100℃のアクリルであるポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)により形成し、径が100mm、厚みが2mmのドーム形状をしたアクリルドームをつくり、これを基材用素材22とした。表3には、「基材」の「物質」欄に「アクリル」と記載し、「形状」欄に「ドーム」と記載し、「径」欄に「100」と記載している。成形温度は190℃とした。なお、「径」とは、外径である。
セルロースアシレートフィルムのアクリルドームへの成形のしやすさについて、以下の基準で評価し、これを成形性の評価とした。3〜5が合格である。
5;浮きは発生しなかった。
4;アクリルドームの端部でごくわずかに浮きが発生したものの、端部以外では浮きは発生しなかった。
3;アクリルドームの端部で浮きが発生したものの、端部以外では浮きは発生しなかった。
2;アクリルドームの端部から中央部まで浮きが発生した。
1;貼り合わせた部分の全体にしわが発生した。
フィルムX,Yと基材用素材22と、成形装置50を用いて一体に成形し、2種類の成形体を製造し、比較例11,12とした。

Claims (8)
- 熱可塑性樹脂から形成された透明な基材と、
前記基材の表面に設けられた接着層と、
前記接着層の前記基材とは反対側の表面に設けられており、厚みが15μm以上100μm以下の範囲内であり、分子量700以上5000以下の範囲内であるエステルオリゴマーを含むセルロースアシレートで形成されたフィルムと、
を備える成形体。 - 熱可塑性樹脂から形成された透明な基材と、
前記基材の表面に設けられた接着層と、
前記接着層の前記基材とは反対側の表面に設けられており、厚みが15μm以上100μm以下の範囲内であり、糖のエステル誘導体を含むセルロースアシレートで形成されたフィルムと、
を備える成形体。 - 前記エステルオリゴマーの質量は、前記セルロースアシレートの質量に対し、大きくても30%である請求項1に記載の成形体。
- 前記糖のエステル誘導体の質量は、前記セルロースアシレートの質量に対し、大きくても15%である請求項2に記載の成形体。
- 前記フィルムは、
前記接着層側に設けられ、前記セルロースアシレートで形成されたセルロースアシレート層と、
前記接着層とは反対側に設けられ、けん化された前記セルロースアシレートを含むけん化層とを有し、
前記けん化層のアシル基量をXとし、前記セルロースアシレート層のアシル基量をYとするときに、X/Yで求めるアシル基割合が大きくても0.7である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の成形体。 - 前記けん化層の表面において、純水を滴下してから15秒後の前記純水の接触角は、35度以下である請求項5に記載の成形体。
- 前記基材は、アクリルまたはポリカーボネートで形成されている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の成形体。
- 前記基材は、湾曲したシート状に形成されている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の成形体。
