Description
Claims (17)
- 特に高度自動運転に用いるための、電気油圧式のブレーキ設備(1)用の追加モジュール(70)であって、少なくとも2つのブレーキ(8,10)における圧力増大のための圧力供給装置(86)を有する油圧ユニット(80)を含んでいる、前記追加モジュールにおいて、
ブレーキフルードのための少なくとも1つのリザーバ(120,130)が前記油圧ユニット(80)に統合されていること、及び前記各リザーバ(120,130)が、大気との接続を形成するために設けられている、油圧的な補整管路(190)に接続されていることを特徴とする追加モジュール。 - 前記圧力供給装置(86)が少なくとも1つのポンプ(96,98)を含んでおり、該ポンプが、電気モータ(92)で駆動されるとともに、その吸い込み側が前記各リザーバ(120,130)に油圧的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- ブレーキフルードのためのちょうど2つのリザーバ(120,130)と、ちょうど2つのポンプ(96,98)とが設けられていること、及び前記両ポンプ(96,98)のそれぞれが吸い込み側で吸い込み管路(136,148)によって、ちょうど1つのリザーバ(120,130)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 両ポンプ(96,98)が共通の電気モータ(92)によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 各ポンプ(96,98)が圧力側でホイールブレーキ供給管路(102,108)に接続されており、該ホイールブレーキ供給管路が、油圧的なホイールブレーキ(8,10)との接続のために設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 前記各ホイールブレーキ供給管路(102,108)が、該ホイールブレーキ供給管路(102,108)における圧力を測定する圧力センサ(160,162)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 無通電で閉鎖される弁(142,152)が前記各吸い込み管路(136,148)に介装されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 前記各ホイールブレーキ供給管路(102,108)から油圧的な戻し管路(170,180)が分岐しており、該戻し管路が、それぞれ1つのリザーバ(120,130)に油圧的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 無通電で閉鎖される戻し弁(176,186)が前記各戻し管路(170,180)に介装されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 前記各ポンプ(96,98)が前記各リザーバ(120,130)から下方より吸い込むように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 前記油圧ユニット(80)用の油圧ハウジング(76)と、モータハウジング(94)と、電子機器ハウジング(250)とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 前記油圧ハウジング(76)が前記電子機器ハウジング(250)と前記モータハウジング(94)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の追加モジュール(70)。
- 特に高度自動運転のための、ブレーキ設備システム(72)であって、
−油圧的に操作可能なホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)と、
−車輪個別のブレーキ圧力を調整するために、ホイールブレーキごとに電気的に操作可能な少なくとも1つのホイール弁(6a〜6d,7a〜7d)と、
−前記ホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)に接続された、及び/又は接続可能な、マスターブレーキシリンダ(2)と、
−大気圧下にある圧力媒体リザーバ(4)と、
−油圧的な圧力室(37)を有する、前記ホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)を操作するための電気的に制御可能な圧力供給装置(5)と
を含むブレーキ設備(1)を含み、前記各ホイールブレーキ(8,9,10,11)がホイールブレーキ管路(200,202,204,206)によって前記圧力室(37)に油圧的に接続されており、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の追加モジュール(70)を更に含んでいることを特徴とするブレーキ設備システム。 - 前記補整管路(190)が前記ブレーキ設備(1)の前記圧力媒体リザーバ(4)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のブレーキ設備システム(72)。
- 前記補整管路(190)が、少なくとも部分的に鋼管として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のブレーキ設備システム(72)。
- 前記ブレーキ設備(1)の第1のホイールブレーキ管路(200)が、前記追加モジュール(70)の第1のホイールブレーキ供給管路(102)において開口していること、前記ブレーキ設備(1)の第2のホイールブレーキ管路(204)が、前記追加モジュール(70)の第2のホイールブレーキ供給管路(108)において開口していること、及び無通電で開放する遮断弁(220,246)が前記各ホイールブレーキ供給管路(102,108)に介装されていることを特徴とする請求項14又は15に記載のブレーキ設備システム(72)。
- 前記両ホイールブレーキ供給管路(102,108)が前側のホイールブレーキ(8,10)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のブレーキ設備システム(72)。
