Claims (12)
- ワーク(1)の金属被覆のための設備であって、筐体(13)を有し、当該筐体(13)の内部に前記ワーク(1)の供給および排出のための装填ステーション(12)と、被覆装置(29)を有する加工ステーション(14)とが設けられ、前記被覆装置は金属粒子の被覆を形成するための金属プラズマジェットを発生させることができる変位可能な被覆ランス(30)を備え、
前記被覆ランス(30)を有する前記被覆装置(29)と被覆厚を測定するための測定装置(52)とが共に前記設備(10)に組み込まれ、前記筐体(13)内に配置されている、設備において、
前記加工ステーション(14)と前記装填ステーション(12)とは隔壁(24)によって互いに隔てられ、
前記隔壁(24)は閉鎖可能な通路(25)を少なくとも1つ備え、
前記測定装置(52)は前記装填ステーション(12)に配置され、
前記測定装置(52)は、被覆の前および後に前記ワーク(1)を測定するべく設計される、
ことを特徴とする設備。 - 前記測定装置(52)は変位可能な測定センサ(53)を備え、当該測定センサ(53)は較正ステーション(56)と前記装填ステーション(12)内のワークホルダ(23)との間で変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記被覆ランス(30)を洗浄するための洗浄ステーション(60)が前記加工ステーション(14)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の設備。
- 前記被覆ランス(30)が発生させた前記金属プラズマジェットを試験するための試験ステーション(54)が前記加工ステーション(14)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の設備。
- 前記被覆装置(29)、較正ステーション(56)、試験ステーション、および/または洗浄ステーション(60)から空気を抜き出すべく設計された吸引装置が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の設備。
- ワーク(1)を規定位置に載置および挟持可能なワークホルダ(23)が少なくとも1つ設けられ、前記ワークホルダ(23)は前記装填ステーション(12)と前記加工ステーション(14)との間で変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記ワーク(1)を通過させるために前記通路(25)を開放するロック要素(27)によって前記通路(25)が閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのワークホルダ(23)は、環状の循環経路を有するコンベア(20)によって変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の設備。
- 前記コンベア(20)は、水平変位可能に配置された回転盤(22)として形作られることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の設備。
- それぞれ1つのロック要素(27)を備えた2つの通路(25)が前記隔壁(24)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記コンベア(20)は水平方向に円周状に配置され、
前記ワークホルダ(23)は前記コンベア(20)に、調整可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項8〜10の何れか一項に記載の設備。 - 金属粒子の金属被覆をワーク(1)に形成する金属プラズマジェットを発生させることができる変位可能な被覆ランス(30)によって前記ワーク(1)に前記金属被覆を行うための方法であって、
前記被覆の形成および被覆厚の測定は、請求項1〜11の何れか一項により設計された設備(10)において統合されて行われ、前記ワーク(1)を供給および排出するための装填ステーション(12)が設けられ、前記ワーク(1)は被覆の前および後に前記設備(10)によって測定されることを特徴とする方法。
