Description
図中、矢印Fは車両前方を示し、矢印Lは車両左方(車幅方向外側)を示し、矢印Rは車両右方(車幅方向内側)を示し、矢印Uは車両上方を示す。なお、本実施形態の衝撃吸収構造を備えた車体前部の要部は左右対称形状であるため、以下、特に示す場合を除いて、車両左側の構成に基づいて説明する。
そして、上壁部11aと側壁部11cとのコーナー部および下壁部11bと側壁部11cとのコーナー部には、それぞれ上下各側の膨出部11c2,11c2の一部として湾曲した湾曲部11d,11dが形成されている。
これにより、バンパレイン120は、ボルトおよびナットから成る締結部材Tdによりクラッシュカン1の先端部に取り付けられている。

Claims (2)
- 車両前後方向に延びるとともに該車両前後方向の直交断面が車幅方向の内側又は外側に開口する開口部を有する略コ字状に樹脂材料から形成されたフレーム部材を備えた車両の衝撃吸収構造であって、
上方斜突又は下方斜突によるフレーム部材への荷重入力に伴って上記開口部の上下各側の開口端部が互いに近接しないように、これら上下各側の開口端部を突張り支持する突張り部材を、該上下各側の開口端部の間に配設し、
上記フレーム部材は、上記直交断面で内部に有する空間が上記突張り部材によって上記開口部の側から略閉塞され、
上記突張り部材は、その上端部と下端部とのうちの少なくとも下端部と、上記フレーム部材の下側の上記開口端部との間に車両前後方向に渡って、上記空間と上記フレーム部材の外部とを連通する隙間を有するように配設され、
上記突張り部材は上記フレーム部材の略長手方向に渡って配設された
車両の衝撃吸収構造。 - 上記突張り部材には、車幅方向において上記空間の側に凹んだ凹部と、該空間の側と反対側へ突出した凸部とが設けられ、
これら凹部と凸部とは、車両前後方向に交互に配設されるとともに、当該凹部と凸部とは共に上記突張り部材の上記上端部から上記下端部にかけて上下方向に連続して形成される構成とした
請求項1に記載の車両の衝撃吸収構造。
