Description
図3は、図2に例示したオイル抜き孔80をギヤ室G側から見た概観側面図である。なお、図中の矢印の「F」と示した方向が車両の前方側となる。図3に示すとおり、オイル抜き孔80は、隔壁Bの対面部Bo1において、玉軸受47aの軸心SC1よりも下側となる部分にそのギヤ室G側の開口80gが設けられている。このようにオイル抜き孔80のギヤ室G側の開口80gが、対面部Bo1での玉軸受47aの軸心SC1よりも下側となる部分に設けられることで、車速が高くなり、歯車筒46の回転速度が高くなって、上記の隙間に潤滑油が滞留した場合には、滞留した潤滑油は開口80gに流入してモータ室M側へ排出される。この排出により、上記の隙間に滞留する潤滑油の量が減少するので、車速が高くなった場合に、歯車筒46の回転に伴って生じる攪拌損失の増大を抑制することができる。そして、車速が高くはなく、歯車筒46の回転速度も高くない場合には、掻き上げによって供給された潤滑油が、その軸心SC1よりも下側となる部分に設けられたオイル抜き孔80の開口80gに流入するよりも先に玉軸受47aを歯車筒46の内部側に向かって通過するので、歯車筒46の内部側に配される要素部材に対する潤滑油の供給を確保することができる。
なお、オイル抜き孔80のギヤ室G側の開口80gには、その開口80gの鉛直方向の下側部分において、その開口の縁部分から歯車筒46側に突出させた突出部を設けるようにしてもよい。この突出部は、歯車筒46の回転速度が高くなって上記の隙間に滞留した潤滑油を、ギヤ室G側の開口80gに対してより積極的に流入させるようにするためのガイド構造である。このような突出部を設けることにより、潤滑油をギヤ室Gからモータ室M側により効果的に排出させることができるようになる。
また、上記のように隔壁Bに設けられたオイル抜き孔80を通じてギヤ室Gからモータ室M側へ潤滑油が排出されることで、モータ室M内の第1回転電機20を収容する部分の底部にオイル溜りOMが形成されるようになる。そのため、そのオイル溜りOMのオイル(潤滑油)によって第1回転電機20の冷却を行うことができる。このモータ室M内のオイル溜りOMのオイルは、最終的に、隔壁Bに設けられたモータ室Mとギヤ室Gとを連通する不図示のオイル戻し孔を通じてギヤ室G側へ戻される(排出される)。なお、隔壁Bに形成されるオイル抜き孔80のモータ室M側の開口80mは、この開口80mから排出されてモータ室M内へ流下する潤滑油が、その流下途中に、モータ室M内の第1回転電機20の回転子22に接触しない位置に形成するようにする。具体的には、例えば、隔壁Bにおいて、そのモータ室M側の開口80mを、モータ室M内の第1回転電機20の回転子22の鉛直方向における最下端よりも下側となる位置に形成する。そうすれば、第1回転電機20の回転子22が回転した場合にも、その開口80mから排出される潤滑油によって、回転子22の回転に攪拌抵抗が生じることを防止することができる。
ところで、本実施形態のハイブリッド車両はパーキングロック機構を搭載しており、図1および図2に示すように、そのパーキングロック機構の一部を構成するパーキングギヤ90が、エンジン10と第1回転電機20との間に組み込まれる動力伝達装置Tの遊星歯車列40の要素部材である歯車筒46の外周面に設けられている。詳しくは、歯車筒46の外周面において、パーキングギヤ90は、外歯車部46bの反対側となる隔壁B側の端部に、歯車筒46と一体的に形成されている。本実施形態のハイブリッド車両では、このパーキングギヤ90に不図示のロック部材が係合することにより、車両の停止中に、駆動輪Wおよび動力伝達機構Tが回転しないように固定(ロック)される。
Claims (5)
- エンジンおよび回転電機に接続される遊星歯車装置と、前記遊星歯車装置からの動力が伝達される差動装置と、が収容されるギヤ室、および前記ギヤ室と隔壁によって隔てられて前記回転電機が収容されるモータ室を備え、
前記ギヤ室の下部には前記差動装置が配置され、前記ギヤ室の底部に貯留される潤滑油がその差動装置の最終減速歯車の回転によって掻き上げられることにより前記遊星歯車装置に対して前記潤滑油が供給されるハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造であって、
前記遊星歯車装置は、前記差動装置に動力を伝達するための外歯歯車を外周面に有し、かつ内歯歯車を内周面に有する円筒状の出力部材を備え、前記出力部材の一端は軸受を介して回転可能に前記隔壁に支持されており、前記軸受の外周端近傍の前記隔壁の対面部には、前記ギヤ室と前記モータ室とを連通する連通孔が設けられている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造。 - 前記連通孔は、前記対面部において前記軸受の軸心よりも下側となる部分に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造。 - 前記連通孔は、その前記ギヤ室側の開口の下側縁部分から前記出力部材側に突出して、供給された前記潤滑油を前記ギヤ室側の開口に流入させるための突出部が前記隔壁に更に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造。 - 前記連通孔の前記モータ室側の開口は、前記回転電機の回転子の最下端よりも下側となる位置に配されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造。 - 前記出力部材における前記外歯歯車の反対側となる前記隔壁側の端部にパーキングギヤが更に設けられている車両に適用される請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の潤滑構造。
