Claims (7)
- 自動変速装置を備える燃焼式またはハイブリッド式自動車の負荷を推定するためのデバイスであって、
前記自動車の負荷(Cons _load )の判定を行うことによって、前記自動車に負荷がかけられているか否かを判定することが可能な自動車負荷判定モジュール(3)と、
前記自動車負荷判定モジュール(3)からの前記自動車の負荷(Cons_load)の判定結果に応じて前記自動変速装置(2)を制御する起動モジュール(4)と
を備え、
前記自動車負荷判定モジュール(3)が、
駆動手段から導出される前記自動車のエンジン加速度(Aengine)であって、ホイールの回転速度(ω wheel )の時間(t)についての導関数に相当するエンジン加速度(A engine )並びに、加速度計からの合成加速度(A total )であって、前記自動車に係る道路の傾斜に応じた傾斜重力加速度(A slope )にエンジン加速度(A engine )を合成したものに相当する合成加速度(A total )に基づいて、傾斜重力加速度(A slope )を推定する第1のユニット(5)と、
前記自動車の駆動されていないホイールに加えられる慣性モーメント(J)、エンジントルク(Cm )および抵抗トルク(C res )に基づいて傾斜トルク値(Cslope)を推定する第2のユニット(6)と、
前記第1のユニット(5)からの前記傾斜重力加速度(A slope )、および前記第2のユニット(6)からの前記傾斜トルク値(Cslope)に基づいて前記自動車の負荷(Cons_load)を判定する第3のユニット(7)とを備える、デバイス。 - 前記傾斜重力加速度(Aslope)を推定する第1のユニット(5)は、前記ホイールの回転速度(ω wheel )の時間(t)についての導関数と、前記加速度計からの合成加速度(Atotal)とに基づいて前記傾斜重力加速度(Aslope)を計算することが可能な比較器(9)を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記傾斜トルク値(Cslope)を推定する第2のユニット(6)は、前記ホイールの質量(m)、前記エンジンの慣性(Jengine)、前記エンジンの出力と入力との間の減速比(K)、および、前記ホイールの半径(R)に基づいて前記慣性モーメント(J)を算定する慣性モーメント算定モジュール(10)と、前記慣性モーメント(J)を、前記ホイールの回転速度(ωwheel)の時間(t)についての導関数と乗算する乗算モジュール(11)とを備える、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記傾斜トルク値(Cslope)を推定する第2のユニット(6)は、前記ホイールの半径(R)、空気力(Faero)および転がり抵抗力(Froll)に基づいて前記抵抗トルク(Cres)を計算するモジュール(12)を備える、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第3のユニット(7)は、入力において前記傾斜重力加速度(A slope )および前記傾斜トルク値(Cslope)を受信し、負荷値(M_load)を算定することが可能な推定ユニット(14)を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第3のユニット(7)は、前記負荷値(M_load)を閾値(S)と比較する比較手段(15)であって、前記自動車の負荷(Cons_load)を判定することが可能な、比較手段を備える、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスを用いて、自動変速装置を備える燃焼式またはハイブリッド式自動車の負荷を推定するための方法であって、
第1のユニット(5)により、駆動手段から導出される前記自動車のエンジン加速度(A engine )であって、ホイールの回転速度(ω wheel )の時間(t)についての導関数に相当するエンジン加速度(A engine )並びに、加速度計からの合成加速度(A total )であって、前記自動車に係る道路の傾斜に応じた傾斜重力加速度(A slope )にエンジン加速度(A engine )を合成したものに相当する合成加速度(A total )に基づいて、傾斜重力加速度(A slope )を推定するステップと、
第2のユニット(6)により、前記自動車の駆動されていないホイールに加えられる慣性モーメント(J)、エンジントルク(C m )および抵抗トルク(C res )に基づいて傾斜トルク値(C slope )を推定するステップと、
第3のユニット(7)により、推定された前記傾斜重力加速度(A slope )、および推定された前記傾斜トルク値(C slope )に基づいて前記自動車の負荷(Cons _load )を判定するステップと、
起動モジュール(4)により、判定された前記自動車の負荷(Cons _load )に基づいて、自動変速機を制御するステップと
を含む方法。
