Claims (11)
- 患者の身体の創傷に陰圧を印加する際に使用するための創傷被覆材であって、
本体部分に結合された複数の第1の側部支持体および複数の第2の側部支持体を有する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の上に配置可能な被覆部材と、
を備え、
前記第1の側部支持体は、前記本体部分の周りに回転可能であり、
前記第2の側部支持体は、前記本体部分の周りに回転可能であり、
前記第1の側部支持体は、前記第1の側部支持体および前記第2の側部支持体の回転位置が調節可能なように、また前記支持部材の幅が調節可能なように、前記第2の側部支持体に対して回転可能であり、
前記本体部分は、前記創傷を囲む皮膚表面の上に配置されるように構成されており、前記本体部分は、長手軸を備える細長部材を備え、
前記本体部分の部分部分は、前記第1の側部支持体の回転軸と一致する前記長手軸について、独立して回転され得、
前記複数の第1の側部支持体および前記複数の第2の側部支持体は、前記細長部材から分岐しており、前記複数の第1の側部支持体および前記複数の第2の側部支持体は、前記長手軸について、独立して回転され得るように構成されている創傷被覆材。 - 前記第1の側部支持体および前記第2の側部支持体のうちの少なくとも一方は、交差支持体を備える請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記本体部分のそれぞれの部分は、少なくとも1つの脚部を支持し、前記脚部はそれぞれ、前記第1の側部支持体または前記第2の側部支持体の構成要素として機能する請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記創傷と前記被覆部材との間に配置可能な発泡体または他の創傷パッキングをさらに備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記複数の第1の側部支持体および前記複数の第2の側部支持体のうちの少なくとも1つは、長さが調節可能である請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記複数の第1の側部支持体および前記複数の第2の側部支持体のうちの少なくとも1つは、該側部支持体の長さを調節できるように伸長可能である請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記被覆部材は液体不透過性ドレープである請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 創傷被覆の下の空間と連通する導管部を備え、前記導管部は減圧源を前記空間に供給するように構成される請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記複数の第1の側部支持体および前記複数の第2の側部支持体のうちの少なくとも一方には、前記支持部材の一方の側部に沿って前記複数の第1の側部支持体の2つ以上または前記複数の第2の側部支持体の2つ以上に結合された1つ以上の交差支持体が設けられている請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記複数の第1の側部支持体および前記複数の第2の側部支持体にはそれぞれ、前記支持部材のそれぞれの側部に沿って前記複数の第1の側部支持体の2つ以上または前記複数の第2の側部支持体の2つ以上に結合された1つ以上の交差支持体が設けられている請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記被覆部材は、大部分が前記支持部材の外側に配置される請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
