Description
図1に示すように、車両1Aは本発明の第1の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置が適用されたハイブリッド車両として構成されている。車両1Aは、エンジンとしての火花点火型の内燃機関2と、差動機構としての動力分割機構5と、2つのモータ・ジェネレータ7、8とを備えている。動力分割機構5、各モータ・ジェネレータ7、8及び各種の動力伝達要素はケース10に収容されている。
次に、図11及び図12を参照しながら本発明の第2の形態を説明する。図11には第2の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置が適用された車両1Bの概要が示されている。車両1Bは、動力分割機構60の構成、動力分割機構60から駆動輪Dwまでの構成、及びクラッチ12の搭載箇所が第1の形態の車両1Aと異なっている。車両1Bのその他の構成は車両1Aと同じであるから、車両1Aと共通の構成には同一の参照符号を図11に付して説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- エンジンと、
モータ・ジェネレータと、
駆動輪にトルクを出力するための出力部と、
互いに差動回転可能な複数の回転要素を有し、前記複数の回転要素のいずれか一つに前記エンジンが、前記複数の回転要素の残りのいずれか一つに前記モータ・ジェネレータが、前記複数の回転要素の残りの他の一つに前記出力部がそれぞれ連結された差動機構と、
前記エンジンのエンジントルクの反力トルクを受けることが可能でかつ前記差動機構に設けられた回転部材を有し、前記反力トルクを受けた状態で前記回転部材の正回転を阻止する一方で前記正回転と反対方向の前記回転部材の負回転を許容するロックモードと、前記反力トルクを受けた状態で前記回転部材の前記正回転及び前記負回転のそれぞれを許容するフリーモードとを切り替え可能なセレクタブルワンウエイクラッチと、
を備えるハイブリッド車両に適用され、
前記ハイブリッド車両の走行状態が、走行路面から前記駆動輪への入力によって前記出力部のトルクの変化が基準を超えることが所定期間内に複数回発生する特定走行状態であるか否かを、前記出力部の回転速度の変化に基づいて判定する走行状態判定手段を備え、
前記走行状態判定手段は、前記出力部の現在の回転速度と現在の平均回転速度の記憶値との差分を算出し、その差分の絶対値が閾値以上になることを前記所定期間内で複数回検出した場合に、前記基準を超えることが前記所定期間内に複数回発生したものとして、前記ハイブリッド車両の走行状態が特定走行状態であると判定し、
前記閾値及び前記所定期間は、前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチの一時的な解放と再係合とが発生し得る条件に基づいて設定されており、かつ、
前記ハイブリッド車両の走行状態が、前記特定走行状態である場合、前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチが前記ロックモードのときは前記フリーモードに切り替えるとともに、前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチが前記フリーモードのときは前記フリーモードに維持する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構は、前記複数の回転要素として4つの回転要素が設けられ、前記4つの回転要素の第1回転要素に前記モータ・ジェネレータが、前記4つの回転要素の第2回転要素に前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチの前記回転部材が、前記4つの回転要素の第3回転要素に前記エンジンが、前記4つの回転要素の第4回転要素に前記出力部が、それぞれ連結されており、前記4つの回転要素を速度線図上に配置したときに、前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、前記第3回転要素、及び前記第4回転要素の順番に並ぶように構成されている、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記差動機構は、前記複数の回転要素として3つの回転要素が設けられ、前記3つの回転要素の第1回転要素に前記モータ・ジェネレータと前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチの前記回転部材とが、前記3つの回転要素の第2回転要素に前記エンジンが、前記3つの回転要素の第3回転要素に前記出力部が、それぞれ連結されており、前記3つの回転要素を速度線図上に配置したときに、前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、及び前記第3回転要素の順番に並ぶように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。
