Description
Claims (8)
- シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されるロッドと、
内部に前記シリンダを収容する外筒と、
前記シリンダと前記外筒との間に形成されるタンクと、
前記外筒の一端に結合されるボトムキャップと、
前記外筒の他端に結合される環状のヘッドキャップと、
環状であって前記ヘッドキャップに締結されるとともに内側に挿通される前記ロッドの移動を案内するロッドガイドと、
前記タンク内に収容されるとともに前記ボトムキャップと前記ロッドガイドとで挟持されて前記タンクとは隔絶され、前記ロッドガイドに形成される通路と前記ボトムキャップに形成される連絡通路とを連通する通路を形成するパイプとを備え、
前記ロッドガイドは、
前記ヘッドキャップにボルト締結されて、前記シリンダの端部に当接する環状のパイプ保持部材と、
前記パイプ保持部材にボルト締結されて、環状で外径が前記パイプ保持部材よりも小径であって、内周で前記ロッドの外周を支持するガイド部材とを有し、
前記ボトムキャップと前記ロッドガイドで前記シリンダを挟持するとともに、
前記パイプの一端を前記ボトムキャップに嵌合させるとともに前記パイプの他端を前記パイプ保持部材に嵌合させた
ことを特徴とする液圧機器。 - 前記ガイド部材は、
前記パイプ保持部材にボルト締結される環状の本体部と、
前記本体部の端部に設けられ前記パイプ保持部材内に挿入されるとともに前記シリンダの内周に嵌合して前記シリンダを径方向へ位置決めるソケットと、
前記ソケットから前記本体部の内周にかけて装着されて前記ロッドの外周を支持する環状のブッシュと
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧機器。 - 前記パイプ保持部材に、
前記タンク側端から開口して前記パイプの他端が嵌合される嵌合孔と、
前記タンクとは反対の側端から開口して前記嵌合孔に通じる通孔とを設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液圧機器。 - 前記パイプ保持部材に設けられた通孔に挿入される栓を設け、
前記ガイド部材は、前記パイプ保持部材に締結されると前記通孔を閉塞する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液圧機器。 - 前記ロッドの先端と前記ガイド部材に架け渡されて前記ロッドの外周を覆うダストブーツを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液圧機器。 - 前記シリンダ内に移動自在に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を伸側室と圧側室とに区画するピストンを有し、
前記パイプは、前記ロッドガイドを介して前記伸側室に連通されるとともに、前記ボトムキャップを介して前記ボトムキャップに連結される液圧回路に連通される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の液圧機器。 - 前記ピストンに設けられて前記圧側室から前記伸側室への液体の通過のみを許容するピストン通路と、
前記シリンダの一端を閉塞するとともに前記タンクから前記圧側室への液体の通過のみを許容する吸込通路を有するバルブケースとを有し、
前記液圧回路は、
前記圧側室に連通されるとともに前記パイプを介して前記伸側室に連通される第一バイパス路と、
前記第一バイパス路の途中に設けた第一開閉弁と、
前記圧側室と前記タンクとを連通する第二バイパス路と、
前記第二バイパス路の途中に設けた第二開閉弁と、
前記タンクから前記パイプを介して前記伸側室へ液体を供給するポンプとを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液圧機器。 - 前記液圧回路は、さらに、
前記パイプを介して連通される前記伸側室を前記タンクへ接続する排出通路と、
前記排出通路の途中に設けられて開弁圧を変更可能な可変リリーフ弁とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液圧機器。
