Description
本実施形態に係る動力伝達装置を備える車両は、駆動力源としてエンジンおよびモータを備えるハイブリッド車両(HV車両)、またはプラグインハイブリッド車両(PHV車両)である。本実施形態に係る動力伝達装置を備える車両は、図1に示すように、エンジン1と、第一回転機(モータ)2と、第二回転機(モータ)3と、第一差動機構であるシングルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構4と、第二差動機構であるダブルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構5と、オイルポンプ6と、ブレーキ機構であるSOWC7と、収容ケースであるリアケース8と、センターサポート91(図2参照)と、を備えている。
以下、第2実施形態に係る動力伝達装置について説明する。本実施形態に係る動力伝達装置は、第1実施形態と比較すると潤滑油貯留部92および油路94の構成が異なり、その他の構成は同様である。

Claims (8)
- エンジンおよびモータを駆動力源として備え、前記エンジンを停止して前記モータのみを駆動力源として走行可能な車両における動力伝達装置であって、
前記エンジンからの動力が入力される入力軸と、
前記入力軸の周囲に配置され、前記入力軸の軸方向に並んで配置されている固定側レースおよび回転側レースを含み、前記モータの回転に伴って前記回転側レースが回転するブレーキ機構と、
前記入力軸の回転に伴って駆動され、前記ブレーキ機構に潤滑油を供給するオイルポンプと、
前記入力軸、前記ブレーキ機構および前記オイルポンプを収容する収容ケースと、
前記収容ケース内において、前記収容ケースの内面と前記入力軸との間に設けられ、前記入力軸を支持するセンターサポートと、
を備え、
前記回転側レース、前記固定側レースおよび前記センターサポートは、前記入力軸の軸方向における一方側から他方側に向かって、この順で並んで配置されており、
前記収容ケース内における前記潤滑油の潤滑経路上であって、前記センターサポートにおいて前記固定側レースの反対側に設けられた潤滑油貯留部と、
前記潤滑油貯留部と前記回転側レースとの間に配置された前記センターサポートおよび前記固定側レースをそれぞれ貫通して形成され、前記潤滑油貯留部に貯留された前記潤滑油を前記ブレーキ機構内に供給する油路と、
を備えることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記潤滑油貯留部は、前記センターサポートにおいて前記固定側レースとは反対側の面と、この面を覆う遮蔽部材とによって区画された領域であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。
- エンジンおよびモータを駆動力源として備え、前記エンジンを停止して前記モータのみを駆動力源として走行可能な車両における動力伝達装置であって、
前記エンジンからの動力が入力される入力軸と、
前記入力軸の周囲に配置され、前記入力軸の軸方向に並んで配置されている固定側レースおよび回転側レースを含み、前記モータの回転に伴って前記回転側レースが回転するブレーキ機構と、
前記入力軸の回転に伴って駆動され、前記ブレーキ機構に潤滑油を供給するオイルポンプと、
前記入力軸、前記ブレーキ機構および前記オイルポンプを収容する収容ケースと、
前記収容ケース内において、前記収容ケースの内面と前記入力軸との間に設けられ、前記入力軸を支持するセンターサポートと、
を備え、
前記回転側レースおよび前記固定側レースは、前記入力軸の軸方向に並んで配置されており、
前記収容ケース内における前記潤滑油の潤滑経路上であって、前記固定側レースにおいて前記回転側レースの反対側に設けられた潤滑油貯留部と、
前記潤滑油貯留部と前記回転側レースとの間に配置された前記固定側レースを貫通して形成され、前記潤滑油貯留部に貯留された前記潤滑油を前記ブレーキ機構内に供給する油路と、
を備えることを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記回転側レース、前記固定側レースおよび前記センターサポートは、前記入力軸の軸方向における一方側から他方側に向かって、この順で並んで配置されており、
前記固定側レースおよび前記センターサポートは、前記入力軸の軸方向において、一部の領域が隣接して配置されており、残り一部の領域が所定距離を隔てて対向して配置されており、
前記潤滑油貯留部は、前記固定側レースおよび前記センターサポートにおける前記対向する領域によって区画された領域であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記センターサポート、前記回転側レースおよび前記固定側レースは、前記入力軸の軸方向における他方側から一方側に向かって、この順で並んで配置されており、
前記潤滑油貯留部は、前記固定側レースにおいて前記回転側レースとは反対側の面と、この面と対向して配置された遮蔽部材とによって区画された領域であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記油路は、前記回転側レース側に開口する第1開口部と、前記潤滑油貯留部側に開口する第2開口部と、を有し、
前記第2開口部は、前記第1開口部よりも前記入力軸の径方向外側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記収容ケース内において、前記入力軸と前記ブレーキ機構との間に遊星歯車機構を備え、
前記遊星歯車機構におけるリングギヤの外周に前記ブレーキ機構が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記固定側レースと前記センターサポートとは、締結部材によって前記収容ケースに共締めされていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の動力伝達装置。
