Claims (10)
- 車体に支持されるモータケースと、そのモータケース内に固定されたステータおよびそのステータ内に組み込まれたロータを有し、そのロータの中心軸上にロータ軸が設けられた電動モータと、その電動モータのロータ軸の回転を減速して出力する減速機構と、その減速機構から出力される回転を駆動車輪に伝達するハブ輪とを有し、前記減速機構が、前記ロータ軸と同軸上に配置された出力軸の軸端部にキャリヤ部を設け、そのキャリヤ部に回転自在に支持された遊星歯車を前記ロータ軸に設けられた太陽歯車と前記モータケースの端板に形成された円筒部の内周に嵌合固定された内歯歯車のそれぞれに噛合させて、太陽歯車の回転により遊星歯車を自転させつつ公転させて、出力軸を減速回転させるようにした遊星歯車式のものからなるインホイールモータ駆動装置において、
前記モータケースの内部に設けられたモータ収容室の外側方に、そのモータ収容室に隔離して前記減速機構を収容する減速部収容室を設け、その減速部収容室内に減速機構を潤滑する潤滑オイルを貯留し、前記モータ収容室と減速部収容室間の隔壁中央部に、自転しつつ公転する遊星歯車により掻き上げられてその隔壁内面に沿って流れ落ちる潤滑オイルを、前記ロータ軸と前記出力軸とを相対的に回転自在に支持する軸受に向けて誘導するテーパ状のオイル案内面を設け、前記キャリヤ部が、前記遊星歯車を収容可能とする間隔をおいて配置された対向一対の円板部を有し、前記隔壁と対向する一方の円板部の内周部に、前記オイル案内面に沿って流れる潤滑オイルの一部を、前記遊星歯車を回転自在に支持する軸受に誘導するオイル誘導路を設けたことを特徴とするインホイールモータ駆動装置。 - 前記隔壁が、放射状のリブを内面に有してなる請求項1に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記オイル誘導路が、一方の円板部の前記隔壁と対向する外表面の内周部に形成された断面L字状の環状溝と、その環状溝の外径側端部に一端部が連通して、前記軸受の端面に向けて延びる貫通孔とからなる請求項1又は2に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記オイル案内面の小径端部を前記環状溝内に位置させた請求項3に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記遊星歯車と対向一対の円板部の対向面間のそれぞれに、遊星歯車のアキシャル荷重を支持する一対の環状のスペーサを組み込んだ請求項1乃至4のいずれかの項に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記スペーサのギヤ軸が挿入される軸挿入孔の内周に複数の切欠部を周方向に間隔をおいて設けた請求項5に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記対向一対の円板部の他方と前記遊星歯車の対向面間に組み込まれたスペーサの前記遊星歯車と対向する面に前記切欠部と同数の溝を、切欠部のそれぞれに連通するようにして放射状に形成した請求項5又は6に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記スペーサが、前記遊星歯車に固定された請求項5乃至7のいずれかの項に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記スペーサの軸挿入孔を、スペーサ外径面の中心に対する偏心位置に形成した請求項5乃至7のいずれかの項に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
- 前記スペーサが、銅、黄銅、樹脂の一種からなる請求項5乃至8のいずれかの項に記載のインホイールモータ駆動装置。
