Claims (6)
- エンジン駆動の車両に用いられる電動駆動装置であって、
当該車両を駆動するためのモータと、
前記モータを回転させる電気エネルギーを蓄える電池と、
前記電池の出力電力を交流化して前記モータに与えるとともに、前記モータの回生電力を直流化して前記電池にもどすインバータと、
前記インバータの動作を制御する制御ユニットと、
前記モータの回転を、エンジン駆動とは独立した所定の変換比でもって、当該車両の駆動軸に伝達する変換機構とを備え、
前記制御ユニットは、前記モータを動作させる車速の上限を、回生時において、力行時よりも大きく設定するように構成されており、かつ、前記モータを動作させる車速の範囲において、同一車速における前記モータの最大駆動力を、常に力行時において回生時と比べて制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の電動駆動装置において、
前記制御ユニットは、力行時および回生時のうち少なくともいずれか一方において、前記モータを動作させる車速の上限、または、前記モータの最大駆動力のうち少なくとも一方を、動的に調整可能に構成されている
ことを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項2記載の電動駆動装置において、
前記制御ユニットは、前記電池のSOC(State Of Charge)の情報に応じて、力行時および回生時のうち少なくともいずれか一方において、前記モータを動作させる車速の上限、または、前記モータの最大駆動力のうち少なくとも一方を動的に調整する
ことを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の電動駆動装置において、
前記モータの回転数が最大であるとき、当該車両の速度が所定速度になるように、前記所定の変換比が設定されており、
モータは、定格出力が15kW以下であり、
電池は、定格容量が500Wh以下であり、
前記所定速度は、60km/hより高く、100km/hより低い
ことを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項4記載の電動駆動装置において、
前記所定速度は、80km/hである
ことを特徴とする電動駆動装置。 - 請求項4記載の電動駆動装置において、
前記所定速度は、エンジン駆動による最高速度の1/2以下である
ことを特徴とする電動駆動装置。
