Description
Claims (13)
- 空気排出口を画定する筐体と、
該筐体内に配置される加熱装置と、
吹出口を画定し、前記筐体内に配置される送風機と、
一端に入口を他端に出口を画定し、前記吹出口及び加熱装置の間に配置される通風路と
を備え、
前記吹出口から吹き出される空気は、前記通風路に前記入口を介して進入し、前記出口を介して前記通風路から排出され、前記加熱装置との熱交換のために該加熱装置を通過し、前記筐体から前記空気排出口を介して排出されるようにしてあり、
前記通風路の入口の面積は、前記通風路の出口の面積と異なり、
前記通風路は、上板、右板、下板及び左板を備え、
前記右板及び左板の各々は、前記上板及び下板に接続され、
前記右板及び左板は、前記入口から前記出口へ向かう方向へ内向きに伸びており、
前記通風路は更に、内部に可動式に配置されているガイド板を備え、
該ガイド板は、前記入口から前記出口へ向かう方向へ内向きに延びている複数の左ガイド板及び複数の右ガイド板を備え、
前記左ガイド板と左右方向に対し垂直な面との間の傾斜角度は約30度から約45度であり、
前記右ガイド板と左右方向に対し垂直な面との間の傾斜角度は約30度から約45度であり、
前記ガイド板は更に、前記入口から前記出口へ向かう方向から下方に延びている複数の上ガイド板及び複数の下ガイド板を備え、
前記上ガイド板と水平面との間の傾斜角度は約10度から約50度であり、
前記下ガイド板と水平面との間の傾斜角度は約10度から約50度である
ことを特徴とするデフロスタ。 - 前記送風機は、該送風機の一面の中央部に形成された1つの吹出口を有し、前記出口の面積は前記入口の面積よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記送風機は、該送風機の一面の外周上に形成された3つ以上の吹出口を有し、前記出口の面積は前記入口の面積よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記送風機は、該送風機の一面の左側及び右側夫々に形成された2つの吹出口を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記左板と左右方向に対し垂直な面との間の傾斜角度は約10度から約34度であり、
前記右板と左右方向に対し垂直な面との間の傾斜角度は約10度から約34度である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記2つの吹出口は、前記送風機の前記表面の左上隅及び右上隅に夫々形成されており、
前記上板及び下板は、前記入口から前記出口へ向かう方向へ下方に延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記上板と水平面との間の傾斜角度は、前記下板と水平面との間の傾斜角度よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記上板と水平面との間の傾斜角度は約0度から約10度であり、
前記下板と水平面との間の傾斜角度は約40度から約52度である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記上板の左右方向における長さは、前記下板の同方向における長さよりも小さい
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のデフロスタ。 - 第2支持部材が前記筐体内に配置されて該筐体に接続されており、前記加熱装置は前記第2支持部材を介して前記筐体内に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1−9のいずれか1つに記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記第2支持部材は、
前記筐体に接続されている金属製支持体と、
前記金属製支持体の両側に接続されて、前記金属製支持体上に前記加熱装置を取り付ける絶縁固定ブロックと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のデフロスタ。 - 前記加熱装置は、電気ヒータであって、
外枠と、
該外枠内に配置され、第1端及び第2端を画定し、該第1端が電源に接続されるヒータコアと、
前記外枠内に配置され、前記第1端を覆うようにしてある防水封止粘着部材と
を備え、
前記ヒータコアは、
複数の放熱部品と、
複数の加熱部品と
を備え、
該加熱部品及び放熱部品は交互に配列され、隣り合う加熱部品及び放熱部品は互いに間隔を開けて互いに熱伝導性シリコンラバーを介して接続されており、
前記加熱部品は、
隣り合う放熱部品に前記熱伝導性シリコンラバーを介して接続されるコアチューブと、
該コアチューブ内に配置されるPTCサーミスタと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1−11のいずれか1つに記載のデフロスタ。 - 請求項1−12のいずれか1つのデフロスタを備え、
該デフロスタの前記空気排出口から排出された空気は、そのフロントガラスに吹き付けられる
ことを特徴とする車輌。
