Description
Claims (9)
- 第1面に正極電流集電体および負極電流集電体が形成された第1薄膜電池および第2薄膜電池が、それぞれの第1面が互いに対向する形態で積層されており、
前記第1薄膜電池は、当該第1薄膜電池の第1面側から見て前記第1面の第1側に正極電流集電体が形成され、第2側に負極電流集電体が形成され、
前記第2薄膜電池は、当該第2薄膜電池の第1面側から見て前記第1面の第1側に正極電流集電体が形成され、第2側に負極電流集電体が形成され、
前記正極電流集電体および前記負極電流集電体を分離するための絶縁部を有する両面通電構造物が、前記第1薄膜電池および前記第2薄膜電池の間に配置されており、
前記両面通電構造物により、それぞれの前記正極電流集電体が正極端子に電気的に接続され、それぞれの前記負極電流集電体が負極端子に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、積層薄膜電池。 - 前記第1薄膜電池の第1面および第2薄膜電池の第1面の間にシーリング層が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層薄膜電池。
- 前記シーリング層は、
エポキシ、CPP(Casted Polypropylene)、およびガラスの中から選択される材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の積層薄膜電池。 - 前記第1薄膜電池の前記第1側と前記第2薄膜電池の前記第1側とが互いに対向しており、前記第1薄膜電池の前記第2側と前記第2薄膜電池の前記第2側とが互いに対向していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層薄膜電池。
- 前記第1薄膜電池の前記第1側と前記第2薄膜電池の前記第2側とが互いに対向しており、前記第1薄膜電池の前記第2側と前記第2薄膜電池の前記第1側とが互いに対向しており、
前記両面通電構造物の内部には、互いに交差する形態で、前記第1薄膜電池の前記正極電流集電体と前記第2薄膜電池の前記正極電流集電体とを接続する配線部と、前記第1薄膜電池の前記負極電流集電体と前記第2薄膜電池の前記負極電流集電体とを接続する配線部とが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層薄膜電池。 - 前記第1薄膜電池および第2薄膜電池は、
基板上に形成された正極電流集電体および負極電流集電体と、
前記正極電流集電体上に形成される正極および前記負極電流集電体上に形成される負極と、
前記正極および負極の間に形成される電解質とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層薄膜電池。 - 前記第1薄膜電池および第2薄膜電池は、
前記正極電流集電体および負極電流集電体の一部を除いて、残りの部分を覆うバリア(barrier)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の積層薄膜電池。 - 前記バリアは、
フィルム形態または薄膜形態で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の積層薄膜電池。 - 前記基板は、
金属、ガラス、雲母(mica)、および高分子の中から選択される材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の積層薄膜電池。
