Description
図示のコンプレッサ1は、例えば、冷却媒体の気化熱を利用して冷却を行なう空気調和システム(以下、「空調システム」という)の一部として構成され、この空調システムの他の構成要素である凝縮器、膨張弁、蒸発器等(いずれも図示を省略する)とともに冷却媒体の循環経路上に設けられている。なお、このような空調システムとしては、例えば、車両(自動車など)の車室内の温度調整を行うための空調装置が挙げられる。
図4に示すように、シリンダ22の内周面22aとロータ21の外周面21aと両サイドブロック24,25(図2参照)との間の空間には、等間隔で設置された5つのベーン23によって仕切られた複数の圧縮室31a,31bが形成されている。
図1〜図3に示したように、ハウジング2の外周面において、開口端部付近の径方向の対向位置(図3では、上下位置)には、圧縮機構部4の中央部に回転可能に保持された回転軸20の軸方向に対して直交方向に延びた取付足9a,9bが一体に形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 一端側が開口し他端側が塞がれた略筒状のハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの開口端面を塞ぐように取り付けられたフロントヘッドと、
一端側が前記フロントヘッド内に固定されるとともに、前記一端側を除く略全体が前記ハウジング内に収納され、駆動源からの駆動力によって回転される回転軸の回転にともなって、圧縮された高圧の媒体を外部に吐出させる圧縮機構部と、
前記ハウジングの開口端面側の外周面に形成され、外部の構造部材に固定される固定受部とを備え、
前記圧縮機構部の前記ハウジング内に収納されている他端側の外周面が、ハウジング内周面に圧入されるようにして固定されている気体圧縮機であって、
前記ハウジングの外周面に、前記固定受部から前記圧縮機構部の他端側が前記ハウジング内周面に圧入されている位置まで少なくとも延びているリブが一体に形成されていることを特徴とする気体圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮機構部の中央部に前記ハウジングの長手方向に沿って前記回転軸が回転可能に保持され、前記ハウジングの外周面の径方向の対向位置に、前記固定受部が前記回転軸の軸方向に対して直交方向に延びるようにしてそれぞれ形成されており、前記リブは、前記各固定受部の長手方向中央部から前記回転軸の軸方向に沿ってそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気体圧縮機。
