前記アクチュエータは、前記斜板室内で前記駆動軸に固定された固定体と、前記斜板と連結され、前記回転軸心方向に移動して前記固定体に対して移動可能な可動体と、前記固定体と前記可動体とにより区画され、前記吐出室内の冷媒の圧力によって前記可動体を移動させる制御圧室とを有し、
前記制御機構は、前記吐出室と前記圧力調整室と前記制御圧室とを連通する制御通路と、前記制御通路の開度を調整して前記可動体を移動可能に前記圧力調整室内の圧力を変更可能な制御弁とを有し、
前記制御通路の少なくとも一部は、前記駆動軸内に形成され、
前記駆動軸は、前記圧力調整室内に突出しつつ前記制御通路を前記圧力調整室と前記制御圧室とに連通させていることを特徴とする(請求項1)。

Claims (6)
- 吸入室、吐出室、斜板室及びシリンダボアが形成されたハウジングと、前記ハウジングに回転可能に支持された駆動軸と、前記駆動軸の回転によって前記斜板室内で回転可能な斜板と、前記駆動軸と前記斜板との間に設けられ、前記駆動軸の回転軸心に直交する方向に対する前記斜板の傾斜角度の変更を許容するリンク機構と、前記シリンダボアに往復動可能に収納されたピストンと、前記斜板の回転により、前記傾斜角度に応じたストロークで前記ピストンを前記シリンダボア内で往復動させる変換機構と、前記傾斜角度を変更可能なアクチュエータと、前記アクチュエータを制御する制御機構とを備え、
前記ハウジングには圧力調整室が形成され、
前記圧力調整室は前記吐出室の内周側に位置し、前記吸入室は前記吐出室の外周側に位置しており、
前記アクチュエータは、前記斜板室内で前記駆動軸に固定された固定体と、前記斜板と連結され、前記回転軸心方向に移動して前記固定体に対して移動可能な可動体と、前記固定体と前記可動体とにより区画され、前記吐出室内の冷媒の圧力によって前記可動体を移動させる制御圧室とを有し、
前記制御機構は、前記吐出室と前記圧力調整室と前記制御圧室とを連通する制御通路と、前記制御通路の開度を調整して前記可動体を移動可能に前記圧力調整室内の圧力を変更可能な制御弁とを有し、
前記制御通路の少なくとも一部は、前記駆動軸内に形成され、
前記駆動軸は、前記圧力調整室内に突出しつつ前記制御通路を前記圧力調整室と前記制御圧室とに連通させていることを特徴とする容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記シリンダボアが形成され、前記駆動軸を回転可能に支承するシリンダブロックと、前記シリンダブロックと弁ユニットを介して結合され、少なくとも前記吐出室が形成されたリヤハウジングとを有し、
前記シリンダブロックは前記圧力調整室内に突出している請求項1記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記駆動軸は、駆動軸本体と、前記駆動軸本体に嵌合され、前記シリンダブロックとの間に設けられるキャップとからなり、
前記駆動軸本体及び前記キャップは、前記圧力調整室内に突出している請求項2記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記シリンダブロックと前記キャップとの間にはラジアル軸受が設けられ、
前記ラジアル軸受は前記圧力調整室内に突出している請求項3記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。 - 前記シリンダブロックと前記キャップとの間にスラスト軸受が設けられている請求項3又は4記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
- 前記吸入室及び前記斜板室は低圧室であり、
前記制御通路は、前記吐出室と前記圧力調整室とを連通する高圧通路と、前記制御弁が設けられ、前記低圧室と前記圧力調整室とを連通する低圧通路と、前記駆動軸内に形成され、前記圧力調整室と前記制御圧室とを連通する変圧通路とを有し、
前記変圧通路の一部は、前記駆動軸と共に前記圧力調整室内に突出している請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の容量可変型斜板式圧縮機。
