炭素が0.70〜0.95重量%、
ケイ素が0.05〜1.5重量%、
マンガンが0.15〜0.50重量%、
クロムが0.5〜2.5重量%、
モリブデンが0.10〜1.5重量%
バナジウムが単独で、またはニオブとともに最大で0.25重量%
の組成を有することができ、残部はFeであり、通常生じる不純物は、Caを10〜30ppm、Sを最大で20ppm、およびOを最大で15ppm含み、好ましくはOを最大で10ppm、または最も好ましくはOを最大で8ppm含む。

Claims (8)
- 鋼、および少なくとも1つのフラッシュバット溶接接合部を含む軸受構成要素(10)であって、前記鋼が、重量で、Sを最大で20ppm、Oを最大で15ppm、及びCa、Mg、Te、Ce、Pr、Nd、Pm、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、またはLuの群から選択された元素を10〜30ppm含むこと、ならびに前記鋼が、硫化物介在物を含み、封入された、または埋め込まれた酸化物介在物を含有する前記硫化物介在物の割合は5%未満であることを特徴とする、軸受構成要素(10)。
- 前記硫化物介在物の最大長さが、基準化変数が3相当で125μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受構成要素(10)。
- 前記鋼が、Oを最大で10ppm、またはOを最大で8ppm含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の軸受構成要素(10)。
- 前記硫化物介在物が全て、3:1よりも低いアスペクト比を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の軸受構成要素(10)。
- 前記鋼が、Cを0.1から1.20重量%の間で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の軸受構成要素(10)。
- 前記鋼が、Cを0.15から0.40重量%の間で含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の軸受構成要素(10)。
- 玉軸受、ころ軸受、針軸受、円錐ころ軸受、球面ころ軸受、円環ころ軸受、スラスト玉軸受、スラストころ軸受、スラスト円錐ころ軸受、車輪軸受、ハブ軸受ユニット、旋回軸受、ボールねじ、または転がり接触、もしくは転がり接触と滑り接触との組合せなどのヘルツ応力を交番して受ける用途向けの構成要素のうちの1つの少なくとも一部を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の軸受構成要素(10)。
- 軸受リング(12)、または軸受リングセグメントを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の軸受構成要素(10)。
