Claims (10)
- 最大で1.5重量%の炭素含量を有する第1の鋼部(7)および第2の鋼部(8)を含む鋼構成部品(6、11)を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも部分的に前記第1の鋼部(7)、および少なくとも部分的に前記第2の鋼部(8)を、α/γ変態温度を超えて加熱するステップ(1)と、
α/γ変態温度を超える温度で行う溶接によって、前記第1の鋼部(7)と前記第2の鋼部(8)とを接合するステップ(2)と、
前記第1の鋼部(7)と前記第2の鋼部(8)とを、制御された冷却速度で冷却するステップ(3)であって、
溶接領域においてマルテンサイト変態又はベイナイト変態が生じず、よって前記溶接領域における硬化効果が回避されるように、かつ
前記溶接領域および熱影響領域において部分的又は全体的にパーライト構造が形成されるように、
制御された冷却速度で冷却するステップ(3)と、
前記鋼構成部品を軟化焼鈍するステップ(4)と、
