Claims (5)
- ブレーキ液の吐出路とリザーバに連通する補給路とを有する有底筒状のシリンダ本体と、
該シリンダ本体内に移動可能に配設され、該シリンダ本体との間に前記吐出路へ液圧を供給する圧力室を形成するピストンと、
前記シリンダ本体に形成された周溝内に設けられ内周が前記ピストンに摺接して前記補給路と前記圧力室との間を密封するピストンシールとを有し、
該ピストンシールが、
円環状の基部と、
該基部の内周側から突出して前記ピストンの外周面に摺接する内周リップ部と、
前記基部の外周側から突出して前記シリンダ本体の前記周溝に当接する外周リップ部と、
前記基部の前記内周リップ部と前記外周リップ部との間から該外周リップ部よりも先まで突出する中間突出部と、を備え、
前記内周リップ部と前記中間突出部との間には、前記ピストンシールの軸方向に延びて形成され、前記内周リップ部と前記中間突出部とを連結する連結部が設けられているマスタシリンダ。 - 前記連結部は、前記基部の周方向にそれぞれ離間して複数設けられている請求項1記載のマスタシリンダ。
- 前記連結部は、前記基部から前記中間突出部の先端方向に延びて形成されている請求項1または2記載のマスタシリンダ。
- 前記周溝の前記シリンダ本体の底部側の周壁における前記周溝の開口側には、テーパ面部が形成され、
前記連結部の先端は、前記テーパ面部と、前記周壁の前記テーパ面部より前記周溝の底部側の壁面部との境界部に向かい合うように配置されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のマスタシリンダ。 - 前記連結部は、少なくとも前記内周リップ部の最大締め代部位まで延びて形成されている請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のマスタシリンダ。
