Abstract
【解決手段】 シリンダ本体15に、摺動内径部30の周溝43に対し反対側に摺動内径部30と同軸で摺動内径部30よりも大径の大径穴部40が形成されており、摺動内径部30の上端部に、周溝43と大径穴部40とを連通させる連通溝94が形成され、連通溝94の上端は周溝43の底部、若しくは底部よりも内径側に位置している。

Claims (4)
- ブレーキ液の吐出路とリザーバに連通する補給路とを有する有底筒状のシリンダ本体と、該シリンダ本体内の摺動内径部に摺動可能に挿入され、該シリンダ本体との間で前記吐出路に液圧を供給する圧力室を形成するピストンと、前記シリンダ本体に形成された周溝内に設けられ内周が前記ピストンに摺接して前記補給路と前記圧力室との間を密封可能なピストンシールとを有するマスタシリンダであって、
前記シリンダ本体には、前記摺動内径部の前記周溝に対し反対側に前記摺動内径部と同軸で該摺動内径部よりも大径の大径穴部が形成されており、
前記摺動内径部の上端部には、前記周溝と前記大径穴部とを連通させる連通溝が形成され、該連通溝の上端は前記周溝の底部、若しくは底部よりも内径側に位置していることを特徴とするマスタシリンダ。 - 前記連通溝は、前記摺動内径部の半径方向に沿って斜め上方向に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のマスタシリンダ。
- 前記連通溝は、最も深さの深い位置が、前記大径穴部の上端部を通る接線上若しくは該接線よりも下側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のマスタシリンダ。
- 前記連通溝は、その上端部が、前記摺動内径部の上端部を通る接線よりも上側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のマスタシリンダ。
