Claims (2)
- 電気的接続対象に対して導通可能に接続される接続部と、被覆電線の芯線に対して加締め固定される芯線加締め部を有する圧着部と、該接続部と該圧着部の間に延在する連結部を含んで構成された圧着端子であって、前記圧着部に被覆筒体を外挿して用いるものにおいて、
前記連結部には、その延出方向に沿って延びる一対のスリットが、該延出方向に直交する幅方向で相互に離隔すると共に前記連結部の厚さ方向に貫通して設けられている一方、前記連結部を前記延出方向で分断する切欠部が設けられておらず、
前記一対のスリットに前記幅方向で挟まれて前記芯線加締め部が突出する側に突出する中間領域により、位置決め突部が構成されており、
前記位置決め突部の前記圧着部側の端部が前記芯線の端部の位置決め部とされる一方、前記位置決め突部の前記接続部側の端部が前記被覆筒体の端部の位置決め部とされ、前記位置決め突部の前記延出方向における長さ寸法が、前記芯線加締め部からの前記芯線の前記接続部側への延び出し寸法よりも長くなるように設定されている
ことを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 前位置決め突部が、長さ方向の中央部分が最も突出する山形形状を有している請求項1に記載の圧着端子。
