Description
各試験タイヤ(355/50R22.5)をリムサイズ22.5×11.75のホイールに組み付けて空気圧を900kPaとして積載重量10トンのトラックの操舵輪に装着し、車道(高速道路80%、一般道20%)を5000km走行した後、各リブの偏摩耗量を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用い、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど耐偏摩耗性が優れていることを意味する。
上記走行試験後、各試験タイヤのリブに生じたクラック部分及び欠損部分の総長さを測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用い、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど耐クラック・欠損性が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (5)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、該トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備え、展開幅TDWが280mm〜400mmの範囲に設定されたワイドベースの空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記トレッド部にタイヤ周方向に対して5°以下の角度で配向する補強コードを含む周方向補強層が埋設されており、前記トレッド部にタイヤ周方向に延びる5本の主溝が設けられており、該主溝によりタイヤ周方向に延在する6列のリブが区画されており、これらリブをタイヤ赤道面側に位置する一対のセンターリブと各センターリブの外側に位置する一対の中間リブと各中間リブの外側に位置する一対のショルダーリブとから構成すると共に、前記センターリブ、前記中間リブ及び前記ショルダーリブの前記主溝に隣接する各エッジ部に複数本の第1サイプが形成されており、前記センターリブ及び前記中間リブの各々に前記主溝間を繋ぐようにタイヤ幅方向に延びる複数本の第1細溝が形成されており、前記センターリブ及び前記中間リブの各々に隣り合う前記第1細溝同士を連結するようにタイヤ周方向に延びる複数本の第2細溝が形成されており、前記第1サイプの長さLs1が1.5mm〜8.0mmであり、前記主溝の深さGDに対する前記第1サイプの深さDs1の比Ds1/GDが0.30〜0.90であり、前記第1細溝のタイヤ周方向の間隔Pg1が20mm〜60mmであり、前記第1サイプのタイヤ周方向の間隔Ps1が第1細溝の間隔Pg1の15%〜45%であり、前記トレッド部の展開幅TDWに対する前記センターリブの幅Waの比Wa/TDWが0.08〜0.18であり、前記トレッド部の展開幅TDWに対する前記中間リブの幅Wbの比Wb/TDWが0.08〜0.18であり、前記センターリブの幅Waに対する前記ショルダーリブの幅Wcの比Wc/Waが1.20〜1.30であることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1細溝は長手方向の中間部で局部的に深くなっており、前記第2細溝は前記第1細溝との連結部で局部的に深くなっており、前記主溝の深さGDに対する前記第1細溝の中間部の深さDg1の比Dg1/GD及び前記主溝の深さGDに対する前記第2細溝の連結部の深さDg2の比Dg2/GDがそれぞれ0.30〜0.80であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ショルダーリブの外側のエッジ部に複数本の第2サイプが形成されており、該第2サイプのタイヤ周方向の間隔Ps2が3.0mm〜12.0mmであり、該第2サイプの長さLs2が5.0mm〜15mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記センターリブの相互間に位置する主溝がストレート状に形成されている一方で、残りの主溝の両壁面に複数の凸部が周期的に形成されていて該主溝の溝底部分が蛇行した構造を有し、前記第1細溝のタイヤ周方向の間隔Pg1に対する前記凸部のタイヤ周方向の間隔Pxの比Px/Pg1が0.5〜2.0であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1細溝のタイヤ周方向に対する傾斜角度θ1が40°〜90°であり、前記第2細溝のタイヤ周方向に対する傾斜角度θ2が0°〜40°であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
