Claims (7)
- ガラス組成中にNa 2 Oを8〜20質量%含むアルミノシリケートガラスであって、板表面に化学強化による圧縮応力層を有し、板端面に圧縮応力が形成されている領域と圧縮応力が形成されていない領域を有し、圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が500〜1500MPaであり、板表面に導電膜が形成されており、カバーガラスに用いることを特徴とする強化板ガラス。
- 導電膜が錫含有酸化インジウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化板ガラス。
- 板厚が0.06〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化板ガラス。
- 下記式で表される圧縮応力関数Fの値が40MPa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の強化板ガラス。
F=(P×T)/(X−2×T) ここで、P:圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値、T:圧縮応力層の厚み、X:板厚である。 - 板表面における圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が610MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の強化板ガラス。
- アルミノシリケートガラスが、ガラス組成中にAl2O3を5質量%以上含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の強化板ガラス。
- アルミノシリケートガラスが、酸化物換算の質量%表示でSiO2 50〜80%、B2O3 0〜15%、Al2O3 10〜25%、Li2O 0〜20%、Na2O 8〜20%、Li2O+Na2O 8〜25%、K2O 0〜20%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+SrO+BaO 0〜10%、TiO2+ZrO2 0〜10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の強化板ガラス。
