Abstract
Description
CaO、SrO、BaOおよびZrO2のいずれか1以上を含有する場合それら4成分の含有量の合計は1.5%未満であることが好ましい。当該合計が1.5%以上ではイオン交換速度が低下するおそれがあり、典型的には1%以下である。

Claims (3)
- 表裏の主面と、該表裏の主面間の端面とを有し、前記主面及び端面の全面に圧縮応力層が形成された化学強化ガラス板であって、
板厚が0.75mm以下、表面圧縮応力が850MPa以上、表面圧縮応力層の厚さが20〜35μm、内部引張応力が30MPa以下かつ、
前記端面には面取り部が設けられており、前記面取り部に隣接する主面からの板厚方向における距離が板厚の1/5以内の部分において、深さ20μm超の潜傷がないことを特徴とする化学強化ガラス板。 - さらに表面圧縮応力層の厚さが20〜30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化学強化ガラス板。
- さらに表面圧縮応力層の厚さが20〜25μmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の化学強化ガラス板。
