Description
固定要素を介した前記モーターと前記自動車本体との間の直接の接触によって、モーターから生じる騒音が自動車ドアや、自動車ドアモジュールに伝達されるため、自動車の内部に構造に起因する不快な騒音が生じる。本発明はこの状態を改善することを目的とする。

Claims (14)
- 自動車ユニット用駆動部として乾燥領域(7)に配置される駆動部であって、
少なくとも1つのモーター(3)と、
前記モーター(3)をベース部(5)に固定する少なくも1つの弾性鍔部(4)とを有し、
前記弾性鍔部(4)は、軸方向(A)および/または径方向(R)において異なるバネ定数(D1、D2)を有するとともに、電気部品が収容された乾燥領域(7)と前記乾燥領域(7)外の湿潤領域(6)との間に設けられた連通開口部(8)内に配置されて当該連通開口部(8)を密閉し、前記乾燥領域(7)を低湿度下に維持することを特徴とする駆動部。 - 請求項1記載の駆動部において、前記弾性鍔部(4)の軸方向部および/または径方向部は、少なくとも部分的に蛇腹形状(concertina)の設計を有し、当該蛇腹形状部(4a)の弾性変形および構造変形に対応する第1のバネ定数(D1)と、弾性鍔部(4)全体のゴム弾性分子内変形に対応する第2のより高いバネ定数(D2)とを有することを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1または2記載の駆動部において、複数の、または3つもしくは4つの前記弾性鍔部(4)が提供され、当該弾性鍔部(4)は主に共通の支承平面上に配置されることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記弾性鍔部(4)は、垂直方向に延出する状態で前記ベース部(5)上に配置され、当該弾性鍔部(4)の連結頭部(4b)は前記モータ(3)に隣接していることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記弾性鍔部(4)は中空円筒部であることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記弾性鍔部(4)は円錐状にテーパーが付いていることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記弾性鍔部(4)はPP(ポリプロピレン)またはNR(天然ゴム)などのエラストマーから製造されることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記弾性鍔部(4)は、前記モーター(3)から外部に連通するボーデンケーブルなどのケーブルの導管として機能することを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記ベース部(5)は、内側ドアパネル、モーターハウジング、アセンブリパネル、ユニット収容部、またはモジュール収容部であることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記モーター(3)は前記ベース部(5)の凹部(11)に収容されることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記凹部(11)の密閉パネル(12)は前記ベース部(5)として機能することを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記弾性鍔部(4)は、前記モーター(3)上にあるアーム(14)または前記モーター(3)に射出成形されているアーム(14)によって固定されることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記弾性鍔部(4)は、ベローズ(蛇腹)として設計されていることを特徴とする駆動部。
- 請求項1〜13のうちのいずれか1つに記載の駆動部において、前記前記ベース部(5)は、前記モーター(3)に面する内面に取り付けられた吸音用被覆材(15)を有することを特徴とする駆動部。
