Description
Claims (9)
- 自動車のバッテリ支持構造であって、前記自動車のボディーシェル構造(4)に取り付けて固定されるように構成されるとともに、バッテリ(2)を支持するように構成され、
バッテリ(2)を完全に取り囲むように構成される略平板状のフレーム(10)を有し、
前記フレーム(10)が中央に前記バッテリ(2)を嵌め込むための開口部を有し、前記バッテリは前記フレームの上端部より上方に突出しかつその下端部より下方に突出して垂直方向に延在し、
前記フレーム(10)に前記バッテリ(2)をロックするとともに前記フレーム(10)から前記バッテリ(2)をロック解除することができるように、第1バッテリロック手段(13)が前記フレーム(10)上に設けられていて、
前記フレーム(10)が略水平な中空の本体の形状を有し、前記フレーム(10)が横方向部材(12)を有し、前記横方向部材(12)がケーブルを挿通するためにシールリングを位置決めするための波形状を有する、バッテリ支持構造。 - 自動車のバッテリ支持構造であって、前記自動車のボディーシェル構造(4)に取り付けて固定されるように構成されるとともに、バッテリ(2)を支持するように構成され、
バッテリ(2)を完全に取り囲むように構成される略平板状のフレーム(10)を有し、
前記フレーム(10)が中央に前記バッテリ(2)を嵌め込むための開口部を有し、前記バッテリは前記フレームの上端部より上方に突出しかつその下端部より下方に突出して垂直方向に延在し、
前記フレーム(10)に前記バッテリ(2)をロックするとともに前記フレーム(10)から前記バッテリ(2)をロック解除することができるように、第1バッテリロック手段(13)が前記フレーム(10)上に設けられていて、
ガイドピン(35)が、前記フレーム(10)の一方の面に設けられており、かつ前記自動車の前記ボディーシェル構造(4)上の構造物に挿入できる、バッテリ支持構造。 - 自動車のバッテリ支持構造であって、前記自動車のボディーシェル構造(4)に取り付けて固定されるように構成されるとともに、バッテリ(2)を支持するように構成され、
バッテリ(2)を完全に取り囲むように構成される略平板状のフレーム(10)を有し、
前記フレーム(10)が中央に前記バッテリ(2)を嵌め込むための開口部を有し、前記バッテリは前記フレームの上端部より上方に突出しかつその下端部より下方に突出して垂直方向に延在し、
前記フレーム(10)に前記バッテリ(2)をロックするとともに前記フレーム(10)から前記バッテリ(2)をロック解除することができるように、第1バッテリロック手段(13)が前記フレーム(10)上に設けられていて、
位置決め孔が前記フレーム(10)の一方の面に形成されており、この位置決め孔に前記バッテリ(2)上に設けられる位置決めピン(33)を挿入することができる、バッテリ支持構造。 - 前記フレーム(10)が、第1横方向部材(11)により形成される略矩形のリア側部分と、前記第1横方向部材(11)に略直交する2つの側方部材(14、16)とを有することと、前記フレーム(10)が更に、前記リア側部分の略同一平面内における延出部であり、前記第1横方向部材(11)に略平行な第2横方向部材(12)を有するフロント側部分を有し、この第2横方向部材(12)が前記第1横方向部材(11)よりも短くて、前記フレーム(10)の前記リア側部分の前記側方部材(14、16)に斜め部材(18、19)を介して接続されている、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ支持構造。
- 自動車のバッテリ支持機構であって、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の支持構造により支持されるバッテリ(2)を備えており、前記バッテリ(2)が前記フレームの上方及び下方の両方に垂直に延出するように、第2ロック手段(23)が、前記バッテリ(2)に固定されて、かつ前記フレーム(10)に設けられた前記第1ロック手段(13)に係合できる、バッテリ支持機構。
- 前記バッテリ(2)がフェアリング(22)によって取り囲まれて支持され、前記第2ロック手段(23)がこのフェアリング(22)上に形成される、請求項5に記載の支持機構。
- 前記フェアリング(22)が、前記バッテリ(2)を収納するために適した比熱特性を有する、請求項5又は6に記載の支持機構。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の支持構造により支持されるバッテリ(2)を備えた自動車であって、前記支持構造の前記フレーム(10)の形状及び寸法が、このフレーム(10)を、前記自動車のサイドメンバー(44、46)の下と、前記サイドメンバーに略直交する前記自動車の構造部材を構成するクロスメンバー(41、42)の下の両方に、略水平に固定するために適している、自動車。
- 前記フレーム(10)が前記ボディーシェル構造(4)に固定されており、第1シール手段(61)が前記ボディーシェル(4)と前記フレーム(10)との間に配置され、バッテリ(2)が、前記フレーム(10)に固定されてロックされ、第2シール手段(62)が前記バッテリ(2)と前記フレーム(10)との間に配置される、請求項8に記載の自動車。
