Description
Claims (7)
- 車両のラゲッジスペースにバッテリを搭載するバッテリ搭載構造であって、
前記ラゲッジスペースに配されたバッテリであって、当該バッテリの後端近傍において上方に突出する第一電力端子を有したバッテリと、
前記バッテリの少なくとも一部を覆うバッテリカバーと、
前記車両の側面と背面との境界に配される後部ピラーであって、前方に突出するフランジを有した後部ピラーと、
前記第一電力端子と前記フランジとの間に位置するべく、前記バッテリカバーに取り付けられる絶縁シートと、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリの搭載構造。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリの搭載構造であって、
前記絶縁シートは、前記フランジに押された場合に、前記フランジの動きに追従して前記第一電力端子側に近づく方向に撓むことができる、ことを特徴とするバッテリの搭載構造。 - 請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリの搭載構造であって、
前記バッテリカバーは、水平方向に離間した一対の支持部を有しており、
前記絶縁シートは、その一端から他端までの沿面距離が前記一対の支持部間の直線距離よりも長くなるように余長のある状態で、前記一対の支持部に支持されている、
ことを特徴とするバッテリの搭載構造。 - 請求項3に記載のバッテリの搭載構造であって、
前記絶縁シートの一端から他端までの沿面距離は、一つの前記支持部から前記第一電力端子までの距離と、他の前記支持部から前記第一電力端子までの距離と、の合計以上である、
特徴とするバッテリの搭載構造。 - 請求項3または4に記載のバッテリの搭載構造であって、
前記絶縁シートは、その一部が折り畳まれた状態で、その両端が前記一対の支持部に固着されており、
前記絶縁シートは、前記第一電力端子側に押された場合、前記折り畳みが解除されて、前記第一電力端子側に展開可能である、
ことを特徴とするバッテリの搭載構造。 - 請求項3または4に記載のバッテリの搭載構造であって、
前記一対の支持部のうち少なくとも一方は、前記絶縁シートをスライド可能に支持しており、
前記絶縁シートは、その一部が、前記スライド可能な支持部の外側に垂れ下がった状態で、前記一対の支持部に支持されており、
前記絶縁シートは、前記第一電力端子側に押された場合に、前記垂れ下がった部分がスライドすることで、前記絶縁シートが前記第一電力端子側に撓む、
ことを特徴とするバッテリの搭載構造。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリの搭載構造であって、
前記絶縁シートの上端は、前記第一電力端子の上端より高い、ことを特徴とするバッテリの搭載構造。
