Claims (10)
- 自動車のエンジンと変速機との間でパワーフローを実現および遮断するためのクラッチシステムであって、クラッチ(2)が非操作状態時に解放動作状態にあり、但し、空圧または油圧を付加可能な少なくとも1つのクラッチアクチュエータ(1)によって係合動作状態に移行可能であり、圧媒の体積流量を調節する弁が制御弁配列(16)の圧力管路系内に配置されており、当該弁が電子制御調節ユニット(5)によって電気駆動可能であるものにおいて、
電源の故障時、従って弁(3a’、3b;4a、4b;9)を電子制御調節ユニット(5)によって駆動できないときに、クラッチ(2)の実際に調整されている動作状態、つまり解放動作状態または係合動作状態が維持されるように、弁(3a’、3b;4a、4b;9)が形成されており、それにより、走行中かつ変速装置非作動時に電源が故障したときには、接続中の変速段で完全なクラッチトルクまたはその規定された一部の伝達が保証されており、自動車停止時、エンジン作動時かつ変速段切換時に電源が故障したときには、クラッチの自動的係合が防止されており、
クラッチアクチュエータ(1)の充填用の少なくとも1つの調節弁(3a’、3b)とクラッチアクチュエータの排出用の少なくとも1つの調節弁(4a、4b)が設けられており、充填用の少なくとも1つの調節弁が「非駆動時開」弁(3a’)として形成されているのに対して、排出用の単数または複数の弁(4a、4b)が「非駆動時閉」弁(4a、4b)として形成されており、充填用の調節弁(3a、3b)の圧力技術的に上流側に双安定切換弁(9)が設けられており、電源の故障時にクラッチ(2)の実際の動作状態が維持されるように、この双安定切換弁がクラッチ(2)の実際の動作状態に依存して切り換えられていることを特徴とするクラッチシステム。 - 自動車のエンジンと変速機との間でパワーフローを実現および遮断するためのクラッチシステムであって、クラッチ(2)が非操作状態時に解放動作状態にあり、但し、空圧または油圧を付加可能な少なくとも1つのクラッチアクチュエータ(1)によって係合動作状態に移行可能であり、圧媒の体積流量を調節する弁が制御弁配列(16)の圧力管路系内に配置されており、当該弁が電子制御調節ユニット(5)によって電気駆動可能であるものにおいて、

クラッチアクチュエータ(1)の充填用の少なくとも1つの調節弁(3a’、3b)とクラッチアクチュエータの排出用の少なくとも1つの調節弁(4a’、4b)が設けられており、充填用の少なくとも1つの調節弁(3a’)と排出用の1つの調節弁(4a’)が「非駆動時開」弁(3a’、4a’)として形成されており、電源の故障時にクラッチ(2)の実際の動作状態が維持されるように、「非駆動時開」弁(3a’、4a’)に双安定切換弁(9’)が圧力技術的に付設されて圧力管路系の送り路および戻り路内に配置され、かつクラッチ(2)の実際の動作状態に依存して切り換えられていることを特徴とするクラッチシステム。 - クラッチアクチュエータ(1)の充填用および排出用にそれぞれ少なくとも2つの弁(3a’、3b;4a、4a’、4b)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のクラッチシステム。
- クラッチアクチュエータ(1)の充填用および排出用の弁(3a’、3b;4a、4a’、4b)が2ポート2位置切換弁によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のクラッチシステム。
- 弁(10)または弁(3a’、3b;4a、4a’、4b;9)が、制御弁配列(16、16’、16’’、16’’’)の圧力管路系内の圧力を制御するためにパルス幅変調式またはパルス周波数変調式に駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のクラッチシステム。
- 圧力管路系の圧媒供給管路(7)に逆止め弁(8)が組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のクラッチシステム。
- 圧力管路系に少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(6)が組み込まれており、この圧力センサが電子制御調節ユニット(5)と信号技術的に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のクラッチシステム。
- クラッチ(2)が湿式クラッチまたは乾式クラッチとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のクラッチシステム。
- 電源の万一の故障が車両運転者に視覚的および/または音響的に表示可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載のクラッチシステム。
- 電源の万一の故障が車両運転者用の視覚表示可能な行動指示によって信号通知されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のクラッチシステム。
