Description

The present invention relates to a grain dryer.

In the circulation type grain dryer, when drying the grain while controlling the burner ON / OFF, while the burner is OFF and combustion is stopped, the circulation of the grain is stopped or the burner is turned ON. It is known that a grain is dried at a circulation rate slower than the grain circulation rate during combustion in a state to prevent damage to the kernel (Patent Document 1).
JP-A-7-294127

In recent years, the scale of agriculture has been increasing, but on the other hand, there is an increasing demand for drying processing of a small amount of grain for each farmer using a grain dryer. However, in a grain dryer, in order to dry a grain uniformly, it is necessary to stick the grain more than the minimum setting amount. When drying a small amount of grain, it is dried with a stretched grain that is less than the minimum set amount. Therefore, no grain is deposited in the whole grain flow passage in the drying room, and a part of the hot air is used for the grain. It blows through without acting, and the blow-through hot air directly acts on the hot air temperature sensor disposed in the vicinity of the exhaust chamber. Then, the relationship between the detection of the hot air temperature sensor and the dry grain temperature is impaired, the detection accuracy is lowered, and the problem that the burner combustion control is not properly performed occurs.

The present invention intends to dry a stable grain even when a small amount of grain is dried.

The invention of claim 1 includes a storage chamber (2) for storing the stretched grain, a burner (5) capable of controlling the amount of combustion, and a hot air chamber through which hot air generated by the combustion of the burner (5) passes ( 6), a grain downflow passage (9) through which hot air from the hot air chamber (6) flows and the grains flow down, and a suction exhaust fan (7) for sucking in hot air that has passed through the grain downflow passage (9) And a grain dryer equipped with a tension setting switch (SW7) for manually setting the grain size or a tension quantity detecting means (SE6) for automatically detecting the grain size ,
When the amount of the overhanging grain detected by the overhanging kernel amount detecting means (SE6) or set with the overhanging amount setting switch (SW7) is equal to or larger than the set amount, the burner is based on the amount of overhanging kernel or the drying speed. The normal drying control for controlling the combustion amount of (5) is performed,
In the case where the amount of onset kernel detected by the onset kernel amount detecting means (SE6) or the amount of onset kernel set by the extension amount setting switch (SW7) is less than or equal to the set amount, a small amount of combustion less than a predetermined amount and constant The combustion process of burning the burner (5) with the amount of combustion and the pause process of stopping the combustion of the burner (5) and stopping the circulation of the grains are alternated every set time until the set moisture value is reached. A small amount of drying control is performed.

According to the said structure, an overhanging grain amount detection means (SE6) detects the small amount of overhanging amount by which only a part of the grain flow path (9) is filled with a grain, or an overhanging amount setting When a small amount of tension is set by the switch SW7, small amount drying control is performed. That is, the kernel is dried until the set moisture value is reached while alternately repeating hot air drying and drying pause with the combustion amount of the burner (5) equal to or less than the set amount.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the combustion process time and the pause process time can be adjusted to be increased or decreased, respectively.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, drying is performed without relying on the combustion amount control of the burner (5) by the hot air temperature sensor by performing the drying operation with the combustion amount of the burner (5) being constant in the case of a small amount of tension. Can work.
In addition, during the resting process, moisture inside the grain is sequentially transferred to the surface side of the grain, and drying is promoted. In addition, since the kernel is not circulated during the drying suspension process, it is possible to prevent the circulation of a small amount of the kernel many times, and to suppress the deflation and damage of the kernel.

In the invention of claim 2, the drying speed can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the time of the combustion process and the time of the pause process.

This far-infrared radiator 4a is composed of left and right side plates and a bottom plate along the front-rear direction and coated with a far-infrared radiation paint. The grain is exposed to far-infrared radiant heat to accelerate the drying of the grain. Further, the radiant heat of the far-infrared radiator 4a is configured to flow into the exhaust chamber 8 through the upper grain flow passage 9 while being mixed with the outside air introduced from the front side and the rear side of the machine body. And by the reciprocating rotation of the said delivery valve | bulb 10, a grain is made to flow down, delivering a predetermined amount at a time, and a hot air is bathed in a grain and it is made to dry.

In addition, a roof-type dust exhaust plate 4b is provided above the far-infrared radiator 4a, and mixed hot air and hot air are mixed on the left and right sides while preventing dust from falling on the far-infrared radiator 4a from above. It is configured so as to be detoured and guided upward.

On the outer side of the machine frame 1, an elevator 11 is erected to reduce the grains collected on the front and rear sides of the cereal collection chamber 4 to the storage chamber 2. A bucket belt 13 is wound around the upper and lower drive pulleys 12 a and driven pulley 12 b in the elevator 11, and dried grains are transferred to the front and rear sides by a lower conveying device 14 provided at the bottom of the cereal collection chamber 4. It is configured to cereal. The grains that have been cerealed by the elevator 11 are supplied from the elevator 11 to the starting end side of the upper conveying device 16, and are further fed laterally by the upper conveying device 16 to be arranged in the upper central portion of the storage chamber 2. 18 is configured to diffuse and fall into the storage chamber 2.

The grain circulation system composed of the elevator 11, the lower transfer device 14, and the upper transfer device 16 is driven by an elevator motor (not shown) disposed on the upper frame of the elevator 11. Further, a moisture meter 26 is provided on the wall surface of the elevator 11 in the middle of the upper and lower parts, sample grains are taken in from intake ports (not shown) provided in the interval between the ascending stroke and the descending stroke of the bucket belt 13, and the moisture value is measured. It is configured as follows. The moisture meter 26 is a known device that compresses and pulverizes sample particles one by one between a pair of electrode rolls, for example, and electrically converts the resistance value into a moisture value for each particle.

The grains in the storage chamber 2 are dried while bathing hot air while flowing down the grain flow passage 9 of the drying chamber 3 and flow down to the grain collection chamber 4. The dried grain is transferred to one side by the lower conveying device 14, then cerealed by the elevator 11, taken over by the upper conveying device 16, and circulated again to the storage chamber 2, where it undergoes a tempering action for a while. When the moisture value measured by the moisture meter reaches the final moisture value while repeating such a process, the drying operation is finished.

Next, a control block configuration will be described with reference to FIG.
A controller (CPU) 41 is provided in a control box 40 (shown in FIG. 1) provided above the burner wind tunnel 25. On the input side of the controller 41, there are a tension switch SW1, a drying switch SW2, a discharge switch SW3, a stop switch SW4, a grain type setting switch SW5, a moisture value setting switch SW6, a tension amount setting switch SW7, a timer increase switch SW8, A timer decrease switch SW9, an emergency stop switch SW20, and the like are connected. Further, an outside air temperature sensor SE1, a hot air temperature sensor SE2, an exhaust air temperature sensor SE3, a moisture meter electrode temperature sensor SE4, a moisture sensor SE5, a tension amount detection device SE6, and the like are connected via an input circuit.

The controller 41 is connected to the output side of a suction exhaust fan M1, elevator motor M2, feed valve motor M3, burner drive means M4, moisture meter drive means M5 via an output circuit, and via an output circuit. A display unit 32 for digital display of various display items, an abnormality display monitor 33 for displaying various abnormality of the dryer, and the like are connected.

The burner drive signal of the controller 41 includes an ON / OFF signal and a large / small supply signal of an electromagnetic pump for fuel supply (not shown), a rotational speed command signal for a burner vaporizing cylinder motor (not shown), and a burner fan motor (not shown). , An igniter (not shown) energization signal, and the like, and the fuel supply amount, the combustion air supply amount, and the vaporization cylinder rotation number are controlled synchronously to vaporize and burn the liquid fuel.

Further, during the drying operation, the hot-air set temperature preset and stored is compared with the hot-air temperature detected by the hot-air temperature sensor SE2, and the electromagnetic pump for fuel supply that is periodically turned on so that the difference becomes small The drying operation is performed while changing the on-time signal (not shown) to be longer or shorter, and the drying operation is stopped when the grain moisture reaches the target moisture value.

Next, the drying operation will be described with reference to FIG.
When the grain embedding operation into the storage chamber 2 is completed (step S1), the amount of entrapped grain is set manually or automatically detected by the squeeze amount setting switch SW7. When the tension amount setting switch SW7 is set to “1” to “7”, the numerical value is manually set as the tension amount, and normal drying control is performed. That is, when the drying switch SW2 is turned on (step S9), the elevators 11, the upper transfer device 16 and the diffusing device 18 are started to be driven, and the feeding valve 10 is driven to be exposed to hot air in the grain flow passage 9. The processed grain is fed out to the cereal collection room 4 (step S4). Then, the grain fed to the bottom plate of the grain collection chamber 4 flows down while receiving the radiant heat of the far-infrared radiator 4 a heated by the combustion of the burner 5, and is supplied to the lower transfer device 14.

Next, the grain is transferred to the elevator 11 by the lower transfer device 14 and is circulated and supplied to the storage chamber 2 and the drying chamber 3 again. During this circulation, a predetermined number of sample grains are taken into the moisture meter 26 every predetermined time from the grains being pulverized by the elevator 11 and the moisture value is measured.

Then, the drying operation is performed while the combustion amount of the burner 5 is controlled based on the set drying rate and the amount of tension (step S10). When the measured moisture value of the moisture meter 26 reaches the set moisture value, the drying operation is performed. Stopped (step S11), so-called normal drying control is performed.

Further, when the tension amount is set to 0 by the tension amount setting switch SW7 (step S2), when the drying SW is turned on (S3), the burner 5 starts combustion and the circulation of the grains is also started ( S4). Then, it is determined whether or not the sample grain has been taken into the moisture meter 26 (step S5). If No, it is determined that there is no grain in the dryer, the burner 5 and the grain circulation are stopped, and the drying operation is performed. Is stopped (step S6).

In the case of Yes, it is determined that the dryer has “grains”, and a small amount of drying is controlled. That is, when the drying SW is turned on, the fuel is burned in a state where the amount of combustion is constant at a small amount of fuel supplied to the burner 5 at a predetermined amount or less (step S7). Next, drying is performed while “drying pause” and “hot air drying” are alternately repeated every predetermined time (for example, 1 hour) (step S8). When the measured moisture value of the moisture 26 reaches the set moisture value, the drying operation is performed. Stopped (step S11).

(S2〜)。   Moreover, when the extension amount setting switch SW7 is set to “automatic”, the extension amount detection device SE6 automatically starts detecting the amount of the extension kernel after the end of the extension operation, and the amount of the extension kernel exceeds LV1. If detected, drying control based on the above-described normal drying control is performed (S9-). And when the amount of squeezed kernel is not detected below LV1 or the detection allowable range, the aforementioned small amount drying control is performed (S2).

According to the said structure, combustion can be stabilized by making the combustion amount of the burner 5 constant. In addition, when the drying operation is performed with a small amount less than the minimum amount, the grains are not sufficiently accumulated in the grain flow passage 9 and the hot air flowing from the hot air chamber 6 to the grain flow passage 9 A part of the air is discharged into the exhaust air chamber 8 without acting on the grain, and acts on the hot air temperature sensor SE2 disposed in the vicinity of the exhaust air chamber 8, and the detected temperature of the hot air temperature sensor SE2 and the dried grain Correlation with temperature collapses and detection accuracy decreases, and proper hot air temperature control cannot be performed. However, such inconvenience can be suppressed by reducing the burn amount of the burner 5 to be constant.

In addition, the amount of combustion of the burner in the drying step in the amount of small amount below the minimum grain amount is less than the predetermined amount (for example, 2 or less if the combustion amount is controlled in the range of 1 to 10). It is desirable that the combustion be performed at a constant or a minimum combustion amount. That is, since the amount of grain embedding is small, by suppressing the combustion amount of the burner 5, it is possible to reduce problems such as cracking of the kernel due to rapid drying.

For example, when a drying process for a set time of 1 hour is executed, the burner 5 and the feeding valve 10 are stopped, and the process proceeds to a drying suspension process. During this resting process, the moisture inside the grain is transferred to the surface side of the grain sequentially, and drying is promoted. In addition, since the kernel is not circulated during the drying suspension process, it is possible to prevent the circulation of a small amount of the kernel many times, and to suppress the deflation and damage of the kernel.

Further, by stopping the suction exhaust fan 7 during the drying pause process, the temperature drop of the far-infrared radiator 4a is suppressed, the temperature drop of the grain during the drying pause process is suppressed, and the moisture transfer inside the grain is transferred. Can be promoted.

Further, when the grain reaches the set moisture value and the drying operation is finished and the burner 5 is stopped, the suction exhaust fan 7 is set to a set time (for example, 20) after the burner 5 is stopped, unlike the drying pause process. Min) to drive the cooling of the far-infrared radiator 4a.

Next, based on FIG.6 and FIG.7, the water | moisture-value measurement in the amount of normal tension and the water-value measurement of the small amount of grain in which it is below the minimum amount of tension are demonstrated.
In the case of a normal tension amount, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), for example, during the time until the grain circulates once in the dryer, the moisture value measurement for taking 32 sample grains into the moisture meter 26 is performed. Repeat 4 times.

In addition, one-time grain circulation means that the filled grains in the grain flow-down passages 9 and 9 pass through the circulation process of the lower transport device 14, the elevator 11, and the upper transport device 16 from the grain collection chamber 4. Until it returns to the grain flow passage 9 again.

On the other hand, in the case of a small amount of tension (LV1 or less), the time for one cycle is shortened, and for example, 130 sample grains are continuously taken into the moisture value 26 as shown in FIG. Measure the moisture value. Next, 130 grains are divided into four equal parts in the order of incorporation, and the number of sample grains at one time is divided into about 32 grains, and the moisture value is calculated for each.

According to the said structure, even in the case of a small amount of squeezing amount, the variation of the moisture value for every grain layer (G1-G4) can be measured, and effective grain moisture value information can be provided to the operator.
It is desired to dry a small amount of overhanging kernel amount less than the minimum setting overhanging kernel amount. This is because a small amount of glutinous rice has been planted, a small amount of grain has remained without being stuck in the grain dryer, it has rained during the harvesting of the combine, and only a little can be harvested This is the case. Such a small amount of grain is put into a grain dryer, and the hot air drying operation and the drying pause are alternately repeated to dry the grain while reducing damage to the grain.

In the case of such a small amount of overhanging grain amount, the overhang amount “0” having a small amount of overhanging amount smaller than the minimum setting overhang amount “1” is detected by the overhang amount detecting device SE6. Yes. If the tension amount detection device SE6 is not provided, the operator visually determines the tension amount display 36 (shown in FIG. 8), and the tension amount setting switch SW7 shown in FIG. Set to “0”.

When the drying operation is started with the small amount of “0”, the drying is performed while alternately repeating the hot air drying operation and the drying pause in the small amount drying mode. In addition, when the moisture value cannot be measured without taking sample grains from the elevator 11 into the moisture meter 26 even after the drying work is started, an abnormal indication “no grain” is displayed on the display unit 32 and the drying work is stopped. To do.

In addition, when the grain tensioning operation is finished and the stop switch SW4 is turned on to stop the tensioning work, the tension amount detection device SE6 automatically starts detection and the grain tension amount cannot be detected. May display “no overhang grain” on the display unit 32 and shift to the overhang amount setting by the overhang amount setting switch SW7.

Moreover, you may comprise as follows. A drying rate calculating means is provided for calculating the drying rate based on the total time of the hot air drying time and the drying pause time for each time when drying a small amount of cereal grains while alternately repeating hot air drying and drying pause. Then, the drying speed is adjusted by increasing / decreasing the hot air drying time and the drying suspension time for each time, and the drying is controlled to be completed by a predetermined drying end time. Based on the basic idea that the hot air drying time and the drying pause time for each time are 2 hours, the drying speed can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing these times. Moreover, even if these time ratios are increased or decreased, the drying speed can be increased or decreased. According to the said structure, the drying operation | work which set the drying end time can be complete | finished in a timely manner even with a small amount of tension.

Moreover, you may comprise as follows. When drying the small amount of cereal grains while repeating the hot air drying operation and the drying pause alternately, the combustion amount of the burner 5 is not made constant at the minimum combustion amount, but the combustion amount is increased when the drying speed is increased. While increasing the amount of combustion while keeping the hot air drying time and drying pause time per time, and reducing the drying speed, the hot air drying time per time is shortened and the drying pause time is increased. The speed may be adjusted. According to the above configuration, the drying end time can be set even for a small amount of cereal grains, and the drying operation can be ended in a timely manner.

Moreover, you may comprise as follows. When the moisture content is corrected by the sample kernel temperature when the moisture content is dried by alternately repeating the hot air drying operation and the drying pause, and the moisture content of the kernel is measured, A moisture value is calculated using a value obtained by subtracting a predetermined temperature (for example, 10 to 20 degrees C) from the detected exhaust wind temperature of the wind temperature sensor SE3 as a grain temperature, or a predetermined moisture value (for example, 0. A value obtained by subtracting 4 to 0.8%) may be the calculated moisture value.

In the case of drying a small amount of stretched grain, hot air will blow through the grain flow passage 9 of the drying chamber 3, resulting in an increase in the exhaust air temperature of the exhaust chamber 8. For this reason, if the sample grain temperature is set to the same as the exhaust air temperature as in normal drying, the exhaust air temperature is higher than the internal temperature of the grain, and the sample grain temperature is corrected based on that value. However, if the moisture value is calculated, the measured moisture value becomes low, causing a problem that the drying ends in an undried state. However, by measuring the moisture value while correcting as described above, such an inconvenience can be eliminated and an accurate moisture value can be measured.

Moreover, you may comprise as follows. When it comes to the drying means for the small amount of overhanging grain, the automatic moisture value stop control is stopped and the operation is switched to the drying timer operation in which the drying time is set. And the combustion method of the burner 5 dries hot air drying of predetermined combustion quantity, repeating predetermined time (for example, 2 hours) and drying pause for predetermined time (for example, 2 hours) alternately. Then, when setting the combustion ON time of the burner 5 and setting the combustion amount, 7 mm-Sec fuel injection in the case of fast from 5 mm-sec fuel injection per predetermined time in the case of slow drying corresponding to the drying set speed And the interval is adjusted with a width of 0.5 mm Sec according to the drying speed. The fuel injection time may be changed. According to the said structure, the unstable moisture value measurement by the dispersion | variation in the drying of a small amount overhang grain can be avoided, and it can be set as the simple drying operation left to the operator's rule of thumb.

Moreover, you may comprise as follows. In the drying means for a small amount of squeezed grain, hot air drying of a predetermined combustion amount is performed in advance for a predetermined time, and then drying suspension is performed for a predetermined time. However, when the grain temperature measured by the exhaust air temperature sensor SE3 is equal to or higher than the reference value, instead of the hot air drying performed in advance, the ventilation drying in which the combustion of the burner 5 is stopped is performed, and then the drying pause May be implemented. And when grain temperature becomes below a standard value, it is made to repeat a hot-air drying and a drying pause alternately. According to the said structure, damage to a grain can be prevented.

Moreover, you may comprise as follows. When drying with a means of drying a small amount of squeezed grain, immediately after the start of the drying operation, the drying is performed by alternately repeating ventilation drying and drying pause, and the drying rate from the moisture value measurement is equal to or faster than the set speed. Stops the hot air drying by burning the burner and performs the drying operation while repeating the ventilation drying and the drying pause. When the drying speed is slower than the set speed, the drying operation is performed while repeating the hot air drying and the drying pause.

In the case of a small amount of dry drying means, in the type in which the far-infrared radiator 4a is provided in the drying chamber 4, the heat conduction efficiency to the grain is good, the drying chamber speed is increased and the shell cracking of the grain is likely to occur. Become. And when the outside air temperature is high and the humidity is low, the tendency becomes stronger. However, according to the said structure, such a malfunction can be decreased and the quality of a grain can be improved.

In addition, in the drying means for a small amount of squeezed grain, if the drying operation is performed by increasing the fuel injection amount to the burner 5 by a predetermined amount and increasing the hot air temperature with respect to the normal drying mode, the hot air blow-off is compensated and the drying delay is delayed. Can be prevented.

Moreover, you may comprise as follows. When performing the drying operation for the normal amount of grain to be filled, if the measured moisture value is between "set finish moisture value + α (eg 3%) and set finish moisture value + β (eg 1.5%)", set drying The upper limit on the high temperature side for correcting the drying speed of the temperature is lowered to a predetermined value (from +6 degrees C to +3 degrees C), and the drying operation is continued while keeping the upper limit on the low temperature side of the drying speed correction, and the drying is performed slowly. When the measured moisture value reaches the set moisture value, the drying operation is terminated.

When the drying operation is completed while the grain temperature remains high, the rice husk is in a very dry state, the moisture transfer to the rice husk proceeds, and the finished moisture value is adversely affected. Moreover, the moisture transfer to rice husk changes depending on the length from the end of drying to the start of the rice hulling operation, and the moisture value of brown rice changes. However, according to the said structure, drying operation can be complete | finished, suppressing the raise of grain temperature, and the precision of a finishing moisture value can be improved.
