Description
Claims (1)
- 振動検出素子と、可動部品を含んだ振動補償機構と、前記可動部品の駆動位置を検出する位置検出素子とを備えた撮像装置に用いられ、当該撮像装置の振動による撮像のずれの影響を前記可動部品の変位により低減させる防振制御回路において、
前記位置検出素子の出力信号に基づいて、前記可動部品の現在位置を表すデジタル信号である現在位置信号を生成する現在位置信号生成部と、
前記振動検出素子の出力信号に基づいて、前記撮像装置の振れ量に応じたデジタル信号である振れ量信号を前記現在位置信号より長いサンプリング周期で生成する振れ量信号生成部と、
前記振れ量信号を、予め設定された修正関数に基づいて修正して、前記可動部品の目標位置を表す目標位置信号を生成する目標位置信号生成部と、
前記目標位置信号と前記現在位置信号とに基づいて、前記現在位置から前記目標位置への前記可動部品の変位を前記振動補償機構に指示する変位制御信号を生成する変位制御信号生成部と、
を有し、
前記目標位置信号生成部は、
前記修正関数として、前記可動部品の前記駆動位置に対する前記現在位置信号の関係を表す前記位置検出素子の入出力特性に一致する特性又は当該入出力特性を近似する特性に設定された、当該振れ量信号に対する前記目標位置信号の対応関係を格納する記憶部と、
前記修正関数に基づいて、前記振れ量信号から前記目標位置信号を算出するプロセッサと、
を含むことを特徴とする防振制御回路。
