Description
数のドレイン電極175及び維持電極線接続部176が形成されており、その上に無機保護膜180aが形成されている。無機保護膜180a上には、有機保護膜180bが形成されている。保護膜180a、180b及びゲート絶縁膜140には、複数の接触孔181、182、183、184、185、186が形成されており、有機保護膜180b上には複数の画素電極190、190と複数の接触補助部材81、82及び複数の接続橋85が形成されている。また、光遮断層160が形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 走査信号を伝達する複数のゲート線、
前記ゲート線と交差し映像信号を伝達する第1の副データ線及び第2の副データ線をそれぞれ含む複数のデータ線、
前記ゲート線及び前記データ線と薄膜トランジスタを通じて電気的に接続され、隣接する第1の副データ線または第2の副データ線の両側の周縁を覆う複数の画素電極、
前記データ線と前記画素電極との間に形成されているカラーフィルタ層、及び
前記ゲート線と同一層に位置し、前記分割されたデータ線の間を覆うように形成された光遮断部材、を含み、
前記第1の副データ線及び第2の副データ線は、互いに電気的に接続されている、薄膜トランジスタ表示板。 - 前記カラーフィルタ層と前記データ線との間に位置する無機絶縁膜をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
- 前記画素電極と重畳して維持容量を形成する維持電極をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の薄膜トランジスタ表示板。
