Claims (3)
- ポリスチレン−b−ポリ−4−ビニルピリジンからなるブロック共重合体を、ジメチルホルムアミドとテトラヒドロフランの混合液からなるキャスト溶液中で溶解させる第1のステップと、前記キャスト溶液中で溶解されたポリマーをガラス板等の固体表面に塗り広げてフィルムとする第2のステップと、前記フィルムを非溶媒が入った沈殿槽に浸して沈殿させることで多孔質メンブレンとする第3のステップとからなり、前記第3のステップにて、ミクロ相分離組織を分離させるとともに前記ブロック共重合体を自己組織化に向かわせて、メンブレンの分離活性面を前記ブロック共重合体特有のミクロ相形態に基づく多孔質特有の対称な組織に連続的に移行させ、コロイド粒子やタンパク質を分離する分離層と分離しない機械的な支持層との最適な相互連結を成して限外濾過メンブレンを形成することを特徴とする多孔質メンブレンの製造方法。
- 前記キャスト溶液の組成を、20重量%のポリスチレン−b−ポリ−4−ビニルピリジン、60重量%のジメチルホルムアミド、20重量%のテトラヒドロフランとすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多孔質メンブレンの製造方法。
- 前記沈殿槽に、水を入れることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の多孔質メンブレンの製造方法。
