Claims (8)
- 油圧により駆動され、油圧制動力を発生するように構成された油圧制動装置と
車輪との間で回転力が相互に伝達可能であって、回生トルクの出力による回生制動時に発電動作を伴って回生制動力を発生するように構成された電動発電機と、
前記回生制動時に発電された電力を蓄電するための蓄電装置と、
前記油圧制動装置および前記電動発電機を制御するための制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記蓄電装置の充電状態に基づいて充電電力上限値を逐次算出するように構成された算出部と、
一定期間内での前記充電電力上限値の変化速度を算出するように構成された演算部と、
前記変化速度に基づいて、前記回生制動の制限要否を判定するための前記充電電力上限値の基準値を可変に設定するように構成された基準値設定部と、
前記基準値と前記充電電力上限値との比較に基づいて、前記回生制動の制限要否を判定するように構成された判定部と、
車両状態および運転者のペダル操作に応じて、前記車両に必要なトータル制動力を演算するとともに、前記トータル制動力に対する、前記電動発電機による前記回生制動および前記油圧制動装置による油圧制動の分担を設定するように構成された協調制御設定部とを含み、
前記協調制御設定部は、前記回生制動の制限時には、非制限時と比較して前記回生制動を低下させるとともに、前記トータル制動力に対する残余の制動力を前記油圧制動により発生するように前記分担を設定する、電動車両。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記回生制動を停止したときに、前記トータル制動力を前記油圧制動のみによって発生可能となる圧力までの前記油圧の上昇時間を確保するように基準時間を設定する基準時間設定部をさらに含み、
前記基準値設定部は、前記変化速度と前記基準時間との積に従って前記基準値を設定する、請求項1に記載の電動車両。 - 前記基準時間設定部は、前記油圧を発生させる作動油の状態に応じて前記基準時間を可変に設定する、請求項2に記載の電動車両。
- 前記判定部は、前記充電電力上限値が前記蓄電装置の充電限界に基づいて設定される所定の基準上限値を超過したか否かをさらに判定し、
前記協調制御設定部は、前記充電電力上限値が前記基準上限値を超過したときは、前記回生制動を停止するとともに、前記トータル制動力を前記油圧制動のみで発生するように前記分担を設定する、請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両。 - 電動車両の制御方法であって、
前記電動車両は、
油圧により駆動され、油圧制動力を発生するように構成された油圧制動装置と、
車輪との間で回転力が相互に伝達可能であって、回生トルクの出力による回生制動時に発電動作を伴って回生制動力を発生するように構成された電動発電機と、
前記回生制動に発電された電力を蓄電するための蓄電装置とを備え、
前記制御方法は、
前記蓄電装置の充電状態に基づいて充電電力上限値を逐次算出するステップと、
一定期間内での前記充電電力上限値の変化速度を算出するステップと、
前記変化速度に基づいて、前記回生制動の制限要否を判定するための前記充電電力上限値の基準値を可変に設定するステップと、
前記基準値と前記充電電力上限値との比較に基づいて、前記回生制動の制限要否を判定するステップと、
前記車両状態および運転者のペダル操作に応じて、前記車両に必要なトータル制動力を演算するとともに、前記トータル制動力に対する、前記電動発電機による前記回生制動および前記油圧制動装置による油圧制動の分担を設定するステップとを備え、
前記分担を設定するステップは、前記回生制動の制限時には、非制限時と比較して前記回生制動を低下させるとともに、前記トータル制動力に対する残余の制動力を前記油圧制動により発生するように前記分担を設定する、電動車両の制御方法。 - 前記制御方法は、
前記回生制動を停止したときに、前記トータル制動力を前記油圧制動のみによって発生可能となる圧力までの前記油圧の上昇時間を確保するように基準時間を設定するステップをさらに備え、
前記充電電力上限値の基準値を可変に設定するステップは、前記変化速度と前記基準時間との積に従って前記基準値を設定する、請求項5に記載の電動車両の制御方法。 - 前記基準時間を設定するステップは、前記油圧を発生させる作動油の状態に応じて前記基準時間を可変に設定する、請求項6に記載の電動車両の制御方法。
- 前記判定するステップは、前記充電電力上限値が、前記蓄電装置の充電限界に基づいて設定される所定の基準上限値を超過したか否かをさらに判定し、
前記分担を設定するステップは、前記充電電力上限値が前記基準上限値を超過したときは、前記回生制動を停止するとともに、前記トータル制動力を前記油圧制動のみで発生するように前記分担を設定する、請求項5−7のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両の制御方法。
