Claims (12)
- 室外に開口した給気口から室外空気を吸い込んで、室内空間に開口した吹出し口から空気を吹き出す給気ファンと、室内のサニタリー空間に開口した吸込み口から空気を吸い込んで、室外に開口した排気口から空気を吹出す排気ファンと、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、前記給気ファンにより送風される空気と冷媒を熱交換させる第一熱交換器と、冷媒を膨張させる膨張機構と、前記排気ファンにより送風される空気と冷媒を熱交換させる第ニ熱交換器と、前記圧縮機、前記第一熱交換器、前記膨張機構、前記第二熱交換器の順または、前記圧縮機、前記第二熱交換器、前記膨張機構、前記第一熱交換器の順に冷媒が循環するように配管した冷媒回路とを備え、前記第一熱交換器と前記第二熱交換器の間で冷媒により熱を移動させることによって、前記サニタリー空間を換気しながら前記室内空間を暖房または冷房し、前記サニタリー空間に開口した前記吸込み口に吸込まれる空気を前記サニタリー空間以外に設置された空調機によって空調された吹出し空気とし、前記吹出し空気の熱を利用するものであって、前記第一熱交換器と前記第二熱交換器を含む給気風路と排気風路の下部に、凝縮水または結露水を排水または蒸発させる底部に勾配を設けたドレン装置の一番深い部分にドレンポンプを備え、前記ドレン装置より高いところに排水する場合に前記ドレンポンプを運転させることを特徴とする換気空調装置。
- 室外空気を吸い込んで室内空間に吹出す給気風路とサニタリー空気を吸い込んで室外に排出する排気風路の周囲を断熱処理したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の換気空調装置。
- 少なくとも圧縮機、第一熱交換器、第二熱交換器、膨張機構を本体内部に内蔵したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の換気空調装置。
- 給気ファンが送風する空気の少なくとも一部を加熱する補助ヒーターを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の換気空調装置。
- 排気ファンによって第二熱交換器に供給される前の空気を余熱するための予熱ヒーターを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の換気空調装置。
- 第一熱交換器もしくは第二熱交換器に冷媒の温度を検知するコイル温センサーを備え、前記第一熱交換器もしくは第二熱交換器の冷媒温度に基づいて流路切替弁を切替えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の換気空調装置。
- 圧縮機の吐出側から膨張機構に至る冷媒回路から分岐して、前記膨張機構から前記圧縮機の吸入側に至る冷媒回路に合流するバイパス回路と前記バイパス回路を開閉する開閉弁を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の換気空調装置。
- 第二熱交換器と直列もしくは並列となるように冷媒回路中に冷媒を加熱する冷媒加熱手段を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒加熱手段を電熱により冷媒を加熱する冷媒加熱ヒーターとしたことを特徴とする請求項8記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒加熱手段を給湯水との熱交換により冷媒を加熱する冷媒−水熱交換器としたことを特徴とする請求項8記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒−水熱交換器に供給される給湯水に、ヒートポンプ式給湯機で沸かされた湯を用いることを特徴とする請求項10記載の換気空調装置。
- 冷媒−水熱交換器において冷媒が放熱するように、前記冷媒−水熱交換器に常温水を供給する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項10または11記載の換気空調装置。
