Description
Claims (10)
- プレート熱交換器(1)用の熱交換器プレート(3)であって、該熱交換器プレート(3)は、多数のポート(8、9、10、11)と、分散領域(12)と、熱伝導領域(13)と、第1の断熱領域(14)と、第2の断熱領域(15)と、前記多数のポート(8、9、10、11)及び複数の前記領域(12、13、14、15)の外側を延びている縁領域(16)とを有し、該熱交換器プレート(3)は、複数の前記領域(12、13、14、15)の外側の前記縁領域(16)内に延びているとともに前記多数のポート(8、9、10、11)の周囲を延びている第1のガスケット溝(20)と、前記断熱領域(15)と隣接している前記分散領域(12)との間を延びている第2のガスケット溝(22)とを有し、前記第1と第2のガスケット溝(20、22)は、前記プレート熱交換器(1)内の隣接している該熱交換器プレート(3)に対して密封して接触させるためのガスケット(19)を収容するように互いに接続されており、前記断熱領域(15)に沿っている第1の部分(20A)内の前記ガスケット溝(20)は、前記熱伝導領域(13)に沿っている第2の部分(20B)内の前記ガスケット溝(20)から該熱交換器プレート(3)の長さ方向の中心線(L)までの距離よりも、前記熱交換器プレート中心線(L)から短い距離に配置されていることを特徴とする、熱交換器プレート。
- 前記ガスケット溝(20)は、前記熱伝導領域(13)に向いている前記第1の部分(20A)の端部(20A′)において、点(P1)の位置で前記第2のガスケット溝(22)に接続されており、前記点(P1)で、前記第2のガスケット溝(22)が、前記中心線(L)と前記点(P1)との間で延びている第1の部分(22A)と、前記点(P1)と前記第2の部分(20B)の端部(20B′)における前記ガスケット溝(20)との間で延びている第2の部分(22B)とに分割されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 2つの前記熱交換器プレート(3)は、一対でカセットを構成するため、取り外せないように1つに接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の複数の熱交換器プレート。
- 複数の前記カセットは、前記プレート熱交換器(1)内で隣接しているカセットに対して密封して接触させるために、複数の前記カセットの間に配置されている複数のガスケット(19)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複数の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記複数の熱交換器プレートは、複数の対の形態で複数のカセットを構成するように、溶接によって1つに接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の複数の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記ガスケット(19)は、前記第1のガスケット溝(20)内に収容されている第1のガスケット部分(28)と、前記第2のガスケット溝(22)内に収容されている第2のガスケット部分(29)とを有し、前記断熱領域(15)に沿っている第1の部分(28A)内の前記第1のガスケット部分(28)は、前記熱伝導領域(13)に沿っている第2の部分(28B)内の前記第1のガスケット部分(28)から該熱交換器プレート(3)の長さ方向の中心線(L)までの距離よりも、前記熱交換器プレート中心線(L)から短い距離の位置を延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器プレート(3)用のガスケット(19)。
- 前記ガスケット部分(28)は、前記熱伝導領域(13)に向いている前記第1の部分(28A)の端部(28A′)において、点(P2)の位置で前記第2のガスケット部分(29)に接続されており、前記点(P2)で、前記ガスケット部分(29)が、前記中心線(L)と前記点(P2)との間で延びている第1の部分(29A)と、前記点(P2)と前記第2の部分(28B)の端部(28B′)の位置の前記ガスケット部分(28)との間で延びている第2の部分(29B)とに分割されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のガスケット(19)。
- 前記第1の部分(28A)内の前記第1のガスケット部分(28)は、漏れの検出のための複数の凹部(23)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のガスケット(19)。
- 前記ガスケットは、ゴム材またはポリマー材で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載のガスケット(19)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の、熱交換器プレート(3)とガスケット(19)とのパッケージ(2)を有するプレート熱交換器(1)。
